Traditional Chinese reading teaching has been dominated by single intensive reading.Single intensive reading can strengthen students' understanding of articles and consolidate students' basic knowledge,however,with the arrival of the information age,in the face of massive information and its rich forms of expression,readers need high-speed and effective information integration ability.Through the brewing,thinking and practice of Chinese education,group reading has become a new form of Chinese reading teaching.The teaching of group reading has been developed rapidly during the past ten years,many scholars has made a deep research of the teaching idea,teaching mode and teaching practice of group reading.However,with the national wide use of junior middle school Chinese unified compiled teaching materials,some front-line teachers have developed group reading teaching practice according to the compiling concept and composing feature of the unified compiled teaching materials.Therefore,the thesis mainly takes group reading teaching of the junior middle school Chinese unified compiled teaching materials as the object.The whole thesis is divided into six parts,the introduction part mainly expounds the research background,the research significance and the research status at home and abroad;the first chapter introduces the concept,idea and characteristics of the group reading teaching;the second chapter mainly introduces the characteristics of the junior middle school Chinese unified compiled teaching materials and the advantages of developing the group reading.The unified compiled teaching materials are rich in selected texts,arrange reasonably,and have payed attention to the guidance of reading methods and reading strategies,their "three-in-one" reading teaching idea also have similarities with the idea of group reading teaching,and have very obvious advantages.The third chapter,according to the survey data through the questionnaire survey,analyzes the current situation of Chinese group reading teaching in the junior middle school,finds the problems in the actual teaching,analyzes the causes of the problems,and provides the basis for the effective group reading teaching.The fourth chapter explores the specific implementation of the group reading teaching process.It mainly puts forward specific implementation strategies from five aspects: the formulation of goals,the determination of topics,the selection of texts,the design of questions and the optimization of teaching links.In the fifth chapter,based on the practical experience,the author analyzes three kinds of common lesson types,and reflects on the existing problems on this basis,in order to give the front-line teachers valuable reference.
