The "National Student Physical Health Standard" requires that the school shall conduct physical fitness tests for students every year.The primary school physical fitness test program includes four items,50-meter running,1-minute rope skipping,sitting forward flexion,and 1-minute sit-ups.However,the exercise method is boring and monotonous,and the innovation in the organization of teaching content is not enough,and it lacks fun.It can not meet the students' needs for physical education.In 2015,the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission formally launched a pilot program for the reform of the “Interest of Primary School” Physical Education Curriculum.Its main goal is to comprehensively update traditional sports education concepts through the “gamification” of physical education classes in primary schools.Therefore,it is valuable to study the effect of game teaching for primary school physical test programs on children's physical health.This article uses literature research methods,experimental methods,questionnaires,measurement methods,mathematical statistics and other research methods.Based on preliminary design of the gamification teaching of physical measurement items in primary schools,this paper studies the effect of gamification teaching for primary school physical test programs on children's physical health from three aspects,body shape,physical fitness and sports interest.The main conclusions drawn are:1.The basis of the gamification teaching design for the primary school physical test project is the development characteristics of pupils' interest,the “sensitive period” theory of pupils' learning,the progressive teaching principles and so on.2.The gamification teaching design for primary school physical test items(50-meter running,1-minute rope skipping,sitting forward flexion,and 1-minute sit-ups)mainly includes four first-level indexes,which are teaching basic ideas,gamified teaching content,unit teaching plan and class teaching plan.Each first-level index also contains some second-level indexes and more detailed three-level indexes.3.Compared with the control group,the experimental group of gamification teaching in the primary school physical test project is conducive to the improvement of physical fitness such as sensitivity,speed,endurance,and coordination of the thirdgrade children,but it has little influence on the body shape indexes such as flexibility,height and body weight.Specific items performance such as rope-skipping,sit-ups and 50-meter running has been obviously improved,and girls' improvement in ropeskipping and sit-ups is even more significant.4.Compared with the control group,the experimental group that adopts the gamification teaching method in the primary school physical test project is beneficial to the improvement of the third-grade children's interest in sports.The concrete manifestations are three aspects' promotion,participation degree in sports,active interest in sports learning,and the level of self-directed learning.
