Geography is a part of life.Learning geography is for a better life.Therefore,the implementation of life oriented geography teaching in junior high school is inevitable.Through the actual geography teaching,it can get correct and positive verification.The traditional exam oriented education is generally separated from life,and the indoctrination education seriously limits the students' subjectivity.The junior middle school students have a certain life experience,and their psychology and thinking are developing rapidly,which is suitable for the image and sensibility of life oriented geography teaching.The geography teachers aim to cultivate practical students who can actively contact with life and solve life problems.The life oriented geography teaching in junior middle school is conducive to the realization of teachers' teaching objectives.The geography teaching materials are all taken from life,and the junior middle school geography teaching The content is also suitable for life teaching.This study is divided into six parts: the first part is the foreword.It mainly describes the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,research content and methods.The second part is the core concept definition and theoretical basis.It mainly defines the core concepts and expounds the theoretical basis.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the education of the children who moved with them.The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of geography life teaching in Hengshan Road School of Deyang City.This paper investigates the life teaching of Geography in Hengshan Road School of Deyang City,and then analyzes the life teaching investigation of Geography in Hengshan Road School of Deyang City.The fifth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the geography life teaching in the children's school.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the life oriented teaching of Geography in the children's school and the reasons for the problems.The sixth part is the teaching strategy of geography life in children's school.This paper discusses the living geography teaching strategies of the children's school in the following aspects: renewing the teaching concept,developing the living geography curriculum resources together with teachers and students,improving the teachers' ability of designing and implementing the living geography teaching in the classroom,and fully arousing the enthusiasm of students' participation.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Life teaching has existed all over the world.In our country,life teaching thought is mainly influenced by Tao Xingzhi's life education theory,but there are not many researches on it,and there are not many works and articles on life teaching.(2)At present,the middle school geography teaching in the children's school is influenced by the examination oriented education.The middle school geography teachers in the children's school still have the problems of insufficient theoretical understanding and inadequate practical operation on the life oriented teaching.Although the students in the children's school strongly support the life oriented teaching,they are worried about the delay of learning time and the impact on the examination results.Therefore,the life teaching of Geography in the Middle School of children's school is only a superficial attempt of a few teachers.(3)The teaching strategies of living geography in the children's school include:renewing the teaching ideas,developing the curriculum resources of living geography together with teachers and students,improving the design and implementation ability of living geography teaching in the classroom,and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of students' participation.The implementation of life oriented teaching is conducive to raising the students' interest in learning geography,cultivating the learning style of integrating theory with practice,enhancing the students' ability of living practice,conforming to the characteristics of geography,the requirements of new curriculum reform,and the law of physical and mental development of middle school students.
