Middle school students are the strength behind the construction of the motherland,it is the master of the country in the future,and the education goal is mainly to cultivate high-quality successors and designers for the modernization construction.The middle school period is the key stage of the formation of students' department and social view.The education in the middle school period has a very long and important role.It is an important occasion for ideological and political awareness cultivation and knowledge publicity,Ideological and political course is an important foundation for students and teachers to carry out teaching activities and make progress together.The state has long paid attention to the development of Ideological and political education,especially for middle school students.Because the stable development of students is related to the future development of local areas and national prospects,it is affected by various factors such as local economic progress and poor geographical and natural conditions,multiple special ethnic culture,religious ideology influence factors such as serious and national policy implementation does not reach the designated position,this is the reason why the foundation of Ideological and political education in this area is not solid,the ideological and political conflict problem is prominent.Ideological and political education in the region must be combined with its specific situation.Therefore,to improve the ideological and political education level of middle school students in minority areas of Xinjiang is of far-reaching significance to improve the ideological and political quality of middle school students in minority areas of Xinjiang.This paper focuses on the shortcomings of the ideological and political education of Xinjiang minority middle school students,and puts forward the strategies for the construction of the ideological and political education of Xinjiang minority middle school students,so as to provide guidance for the cultivation of the core quality of the ideological and political discipline of Xinjiang minority middle school students.The thesis mainly discusses from four parts.The first part introduces the analysis value and background of the article,the analysis innovation points,methods and current situation at home and abroad.The second part introduces the ideological and political education in Xinjiang and many definitions of minority middle school students,and then introduces the main characteristics of Xinjiang minority middle school students.In the third part,the historical development process of the ideological and political education of xinjiang minority middle school students is reviewed from five stages:recovery period,impact period,strengthening period,development period and reform period.The fourth part studies the current situation of local ideological and Political Education,to study the current situation of local ideological and political education,this part focuses on the investigation of individual cases,combined with the author's own teaching mode and experience.First,it describes the setting and implementation of the questionnaire,and then it studies the current situation of local ideological and political education with the help of questionnaire information,And summarizes the problems existing in the Xinjiang ethnic minority students ideological and political education,mainly including the understanding of ideological and political education exists fuzzy deviation,ideological and political education goal setting is relatively high,has not been formed the social force of ideological and political education,the teaching methods of ideological and political education is relatively single,the pertinence of ideological and political education content is not strong,and in-depth analysis of the cause of the problem.The fifth part,aiming at the problems existing in the Xinjiang ethnic minority students ideological and political education,puts forward construction of xinjiang minority students ideological and political education strategy,including the transformation of ideological and political education idea as soon as possible,optimizing the allocation of ideological and political education resources,reform and optimize education mode,strengthen the construction of education team,and optimize the environment of ideological and political education society.
