Research On Innovating Ideological And Political Education For Xinjiang Minority College Students

Minority college students in Xinjiang are the main sources for Xinjiang economic development,whose ideological quality matters a lot for overall development in Xinjiang.As work conference in Xinjiang was held and One Belt and One Road Strategy has been proposed,overlooking implicit education while emphasizing dominant education in Xinjiang college student ideological and political education methods and slow development of network education fail to match with pace of social development,and thus method innovation is urgently needed to improve effectiveness and perfect ideological and political education in Xinjiang.Combined with ideological features of Xinjiang minority college students,and in line with basic methods and principles of ideological and political education,this paper explores ways to innovate ideological and political education for Xinjiang minority college students in order to offer reference for related workers.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part summarizes related theories on ideological and political education methods and theories on college student ideological and political education methods,including methods of cognition,implementation,evaluation and research.The second part analyzes basic methods,reality confusion and innovation foundation for Xinjiang college student ideological and political education methods,which lays the foundation for innovation.The third part illustrates the necessity to innovate Xinjiang college student ideological and political education methods to highlight its urgency.In the last part,innovation path is proposed based on methods of cognition,implementation,evaluation and research and combining with features of Xinjiang colleges and universities and minority college students.
