The countryside is the key for development Chinese education. the headmaster isthe key for school development. "The principal is a school soul. Want to comment ona school, first to comment on its principal." Visible, what kind of principal, is whatschool. Rural education and school principal based on the importance of team, thisstudy will focus on rural school principal staff. Liaoning province as a highereducational province, the rural school principal quality development present situationmore representative. For this, this study selected parts of Liaoning province ruralschool principal as samples, and a questionnaire survey and SPSS statistical tools tothe quality of the investigation and analysis. The paper consists four parts:Chapter First: Introduce.
