Investigation And Development Research On The Present Situation Of Xinyang Sports Special Post Teachers

Since the implementation of the "special post program" in Xinyang,Henan Province in 2009,nearly a thousand sports teachers have come to the rural schools in Xinyang.Their arrival has a positive impact on the development of sports education in rural primary and secondary schools in Xinyang,but the teachers are also faced with many problems during the service period.By collecting the literature of sports special post teachers,I know about the related policies of special post teachers in Xinyang city of Henan Province,and visit relevant experts to make a reasonable questionnaire for the basic situation of Xinyang sports special post teachers,to reflect their basic situation objectively and objectively;through the daily life of sports special post teachers.The situation of living situation,salary treatment,interpersonal relationship,teaching work,motivation of entry and professional satisfaction of special post teachers are studied and analyzed in the rural sports special post teachers in Xinyang,Henan Province,and the factors affecting the development of special post teachers in Xinyang are found.The factors put forward reasonable suggestions to provide a theoretical basis for the professional development of rural physical education teachers in Xinyang.The results of the study are as follows:1.Henan province Xinyang city sports special post teacher treatment is low,compared with the formal teacher special post teachers do not enjoy "performance salary","five risks one gold",only depending on the basic salary can not meet the special job teachers' life needs.2.Xinyang City,Henan Province,special Gang teachers have a large amount of work,not only such a part-time course in other disciplines,seriously affecting the quality of PE Teachers Physical Education and work enthusiasm.3.there is a shortage of facilities and facilities in rural schools in Xinyang,Henan province.The content of physical education classroom design of physical education teachers cannot be carried out smoothly due to site factors.4.the sports special post teachers in Xinyang,Henan Province,have few opportunities to take part in the training and study.5.young teachers come to the rural schools,life and psychological pressure,and the school leaders are not concerned about the sports special post teachers,and lack of humanistic care for the special post teachers.6.Xinyang city of Henan province should strengthen the ideological education of teachers' professional values and values.We should change the outlook and values of college graduates,and take a proper look at the job and responsibility of teachers in physical education.
