In the context of increasing informatization,students' statistical literacy is receiving attention from the education circle,and has gradually become the training goal of statistical education.Elementary school is an important period for statistical literacy training.Daily teaching should pay attention to the cultivation of students' statistical literacy.However,because statistical literacy research is still in its infancy,the connotation of statistical literacy has not yet been clarified,and the lack of effective implementation strategies for statistical literacy training has led to primary school students' statistics the literacy training effect is not ideal.This article adopts literature research method,investigation research method and action research method.Firstly,it sorted out the relevant domestic and foreign literature,summarized and refined the connotation of statistical literacy and its components.Secondly,two schools in Hangzhou conducted field investigations on the statistical literacy status of primary school students,and the analysis found that:primary school students' statistical literacy overall is better;reflected in the four components,students' statistical emotions are the best,statistical awareness is better,and statistical knowledge is average,statistical thinking is the weakest;the main problems is the poor grasp of statistical charts and statistics,and the problem cannot be clearly explained in statistical terms.Through interviews with teachers,it is found that the problems of teachers in statistics teaching are mainly reflected in the deviation of teachers' understanding of data analysis concepts;the organization of teaching statistics and probability is single;the evaluation methods of data analysis concepts are lagging.In view of the problems in the training of students' statistical literacy in primary school mathematics teaching,the author has carried out practical explorations on the cultivation of students' statistical literacy,and obtained the following strategies for cultivating primary school students' statistical literacy: get close to the situation of students' selection of problems,and narrow the distance between data and the classroom;information technology assists statistical teaching to build dynamic and interesting classrooms;master knowledge and skills in a variety of ways to consolidate and deepen the structure of statistical knowledge;excavate the content of teaching materials in depth,and strengthen the application of statistical thinking and methods;based on the multi-analysis of statistical information,comprehensively perceive the elements of statistical analysis;respect the expression of students' original experience and improve the focus of thinking development;accumulate experience in statistical analysis activities based on actual experience statistical activities.
