Schwab's Practical Course Theory,which emerged in the 1960 s,broke the rigid form of Taylor's goal model,adding active elements to the curriculum so as to enhance the status of teachers and students.The teacher's passive position in front of the curriculum,Become able to choose,create course,call it "practice mode".Schwab's practice curriculum attaches great importance to the dominant position of teachers and students in the practice education situation,so that teachers become curriculum designers and play a leading role in curriculum development.At the same time,students can also subjectively and actively according to their own hobbies and characteristics,targeted selection or questioning the curriculum content provided by teachers,teaching methods.Only by having a good interaction between teachers and students can we fully stimulate students' interest in learning so as to improve the quality of teaching and promote the development of teacher-student relationship.The concept of practice curriculum fully emphasizes the main role of teachers and students,and turns the process of controlling teachers and students into the process of giving full play to the role of teachers and students.This has some enlightenment on the improvement of the relationship between teachers and students in primary schools.Primary school teacher-student relationship is the primary condition for primary school education activities.A good primary-teacher-student relationship is the guarantee for the smooth conduct of education activities.From the perspective of practical curriculum and the relationship between primary school teachers and students,it analyzes the essential structure of the relationship between teachers and students.From a fundamental perspective,the relationship between primary school teachers and students is the communicative relationship of equal dialogue between primary school teachers and pupils.The special stipulation of the student relationship also derives its organic combination and unification of the teaching relationship,the ethical relationship and the emotional psychological relationship.In view of this,the author conducts an in-depth inquiry and analysis based on the practice curriculum and the closeness of the relationship between teachers and students in primary schools,explores the essence of the relationship between teachers and students in primary school in the perspective of practical curriculum,and analyzes the specific problems in current primary school teacher-student relationship so as to further solve why Based on the actual situation of the relationship between primary school teachers and students,this paper proposes a more reasonable and practical strategy to improve the relationship between teachers and students in primary schools through literature,interview and case study to promote the development of primary school teachers The development of student relations has practical significance for achieving the goal of primary education and provides a new way of thinking for the sound improvement of the relationship between teachers and students in primary schools.This chapter mainly includes six chapters,the first chapter,the introduction,the second chapter,the theoretical basis,the third chapter,the essential structure of primary school-teacher relationship under the perspective of practical curriculum,the fourth chapter,The fifth chapter,the primary school teachers and students each other as the main reason for the lack of analysis;The sixth chapter,the practice curriculum perspective of primary school teacher-student relationship improvement strategy to explore.The first three chapters mainly relate to the theoretical level of the relationship between primary school teachers and students under the perspective of practical curriculum.The fourth and fifth chapters are related to the existing problems and deficiencies of the current primary school-teacher relationship,and explore the reasons behind the sixth chapter That is to say,the last chapter mainly deals with the issue of a more rational and realistic strategy to improve the teacher-student relationship in primary schools,which is a technical operational aspect.In this study,the author's findings are mainly reflected in the following aspects:First,based on the concept of practice curriculum,this paper analyzes the essential structure of the relationship between teachers and students in primary schools.The concept of practice curriculum attaches great importance to the dominant position of teachers and students in the practice education situation,and establishes the relationship between teachers and students on the basis of equal dialogue and interactive cooperation.From the perspective of its fundamental level,teachers and students are the reciprocal relationship between "people" in existence and the relationship between "me and you".From the perspective of the special stipulation of teacher-student relationship,teachers and students derive the relationship between teachers and students due to the particularity of their roles and their social constraints.It is a teaching relationship,ethical relationship and emotional psychological relationship.The second is to deeply analyze the lack of interaction between teachers and students and the interaction between teachers and students under the perspective of practical curriculum.The current problems in the relationship between teachers and students in primary schools mainly include the indifference and alienation of teachers and students with knowledge as center,the unequal teacher-student relationship with teachers' authority as the center,the conflict between teachers and students in primary schools and the position and rights of teachers and students.Blurred,confused.The lack of interaction between primary school teachers and pupils mainly includes the following five aspects: of practice curriculum,the reasons for the current lack of interaction between teachers and students in primary schools are analyzed.The primary education system in our country,pupils and primary school teachers are the three major factors of interaction between primary school teachers and students.Fourthly,based on the relationship between primary school teachers and students under the perspective of practical curriculum,this paper proposes a strategy to improve the current relationship between teachers and students in primary schools.The author summarizes and proposes the corresponding strategies to improve the relationship between teachers and students in primary school from the three dimensions of primary education system,primary school pupils and primary school teachers respectively.To improve the current primary school teacher-student relationship,the author first proposed the following strategies and recommendations for primary education in our country: 1.Promote people-centered primary education concept;2.Improve the evaluation system of primary education and teaching;3.Attach importance to interactive education among primary school teachers and students The role of the relationship;4.strive to create a harmonious and civilized campus environment.Secondly,the author puts forward the following strategies for primary school students: 1.To strengthen their cognition of their "location" rights and obligations;2.To value their own role and improve their initiative.Finally,the author puts forward the following strategies and recommendations for primary school teachers: 1.Establishing a correct view of education and strengthening their own professional ethics;2.Establishing a correct view of students and mutual respect for equality with students;3.Recognizing the special "position" of students 4)Improve their teaching methods and carry out effective interactive teaching;5 Establish the concept of keeping pace with the times and improve their own professional accomplishments and accomplishments.
