Research On Group Work Intervention In Promotion Of Resistance Of Rural Left-behind Women

With the deepening of the implementation of reform and opening up,China's urbanization has developed continuously and began to gradually realize industrialization and modernization.With the improvement of rural production technology,the rural young and middle-aged labor force began to work in the city due to the pull of the city and the thrust of the countryside,while the elderly,children and women were left at home and became left behind groups.Among the huge left behind groups,the number of left behind women accounts for more than half,with the largest number.Moreover,after the husband leaves home,most of the family affairs are taken over by left behind women,resulting in the increase of their responsibilities,which also increases the psychological pressure of left behind women.Through questionnaire,interview and field observation,this paper analyzes the needs of rural left behind women,takes the mutual assistance of left behind women as the core theme,and seeks the entry point of group work.According to the analysis of the needs of left behind women,establish mutual aid groups to intervene in the external support factors,internal advantage factors and efficiency factors of rural left behind women,and improve their self-identity and bad emotions through five section group activities;Explore their potential and improve their self-confidence;Strengthen their employment awareness,broaden their employment ideas,and strengthen their awareness of seeking external support.In this process,we always adhere to the guidance of advantage perspective,and believe that left behind women have the quality and ability to change.Necessary interviews and improvement work are interspersed between group activities to ensure the effectiveness of the activities and consolidate the impact of the activities.After the process evaluation and result evaluation,it can be concluded that after the group work,the resilience level of rural left behind women has been improved to a certain extent,and the living conditions of group members have also been improved,which proves that the intervention of group work in the resilience improvement of rural left behind women is effective and positive.
