| With the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening-up policy,lots of rural young labor go to foreign countries,and more and more left-behind women in hometowns of Overseas Chinese have emerged.Due to the long-term absence of the core role of the family,the left-behind women in overseas Chinese have to play a variety of roles at the same time,they not only to face their own emotional lack of problems,but also to bear the main responsibility for the education and upbringing of their children for a long time.Roles and responsibilities make them bear great pressure without knowing it,and affect many relationships,which has a great negative impact on the entire left-behind family.The most significant of these is the parent-child relationship and parent-child interaction from parenting stress.Left-behind women spend a lot of energy on the education and upbringing of their children,but they have not been able to achieve the expected results,coupled with the emergence of anxiety,irritability and other negative emotions,confusion of their own role and the pressure multiplied.It is even more impossible to establish a good parent-child relationship and interaction relationship.There are many harms for their own survival and development.Therefore,the issue of alleviating the parenting pressure of left-behind women needs to be solved urgently.From the professional perspective of social work,this paper analyzes the parenting stress and needs of left-behind women in hometowns of Overseas Chinese,combined with Social Learning Theory,Social Support Theory and Rational Emotion Theory.Taking left-behind women as research object and relieving parenting pressure as the main goal in six group work activities.Let members recognize stress,discover the internal reasons and take the initiative to change themselves.Through process evaluation and result evaluation,it is found that group work and three theories have a certain positive effect on the relief of parenting stress,they can effectively improve the problems in parent-child interaction,and help both parents and children gain support from each other.By summarizing and reflecting on the whole research process,it is hoped to provide a reference for the social work intervention research on parenting stress. |
