Group Work In Research Of Developing The Resistance Of Single-parent Children

In recent years,with the further development of China’s reform,and opening up,people’s ideas influenced by various cultures have become more and more open.In the household sector,the most obvious manifestation of this effect is the increase in divorce rates and rising year by year.The disintegration of the family has led to an increasing number of single-parent children.As a result of the change of family environment and the lack of family roles,single-parent children have a variety of psychological and behavioral problems,including interpersonal disorder,self-identity dilemma and so on.Therefore,there is a need to improve the resistance of single-parent children.During my internship,we found that the resistance of single-parent children in the JZ community has to be promoted.This paper is based on "love the summer" summer camp of JZ community.In order to enhance the resistance of single-parent children,we carried out the group work activities with the subject of “Go on,tomorrow!”.With the advantages of perspective and social theory as a guide,the author uses observation,interview and questionnaire to understand the plight of single-parent children and the status of the resistance,and use group work to carry out activities to enhance its resistance.The group is divided into three stages: early,medium and late.Specifically,we teach single-parent children how to solve problems,conclude goals and some emotional processing skills,to help them correctly treat and deal with setbacks,be full of hope about the future,so that they enhance the sense of optimism,self-efficacy and belonging,and ultimately to enhance the resistance against disadvantage.After the group work completed,the group is measured with the scale and the parents are returned to confirm the work of the group.Finally,I will give the suggestions on raising and training the resistance of single-parent children.
