In junior middle school Chinese reading teaching,modern and contemporary prose,as an important part of it,has the characteristics of emotional beauty,artistic conception beauty and image beauty.Therefore,it is different from the teaching of other styles,which needs to be infiltrated by targeted teaching methods.In recent years,with the continuous promotion of the new curriculum reform measures,modern and contemporary prose classroom began to introduce new teaching methods.In view of the fact that situational teaching method can create teaching situations in line with students' learning characteristics and the development of the times in modern and contemporary prose teaching,and these situations can further stimulate students' learning interest and enhance students' emotional experience,so as to help students deeply understand and master the learning content,so as to improve students' learning consciousness and teachers' teaching efficiency.Therefore,situational teaching method is widely used in modern and contemporary prose teaching.However,in teaching practice,there are some problems in the situational teaching of modern and contemporary prose in junior middle school,and there are still obvious deficiencies in its related research.Therefore,based on the previous research,this paper aims to find the problems existing in the application of situational teaching method in modern and contemporary prose teaching in junior middle school through literature method,investigation method and other research methods,and try to explore its relevant improvement strategies,in order to provide practical reference value for front-line teachers in teaching and help to improve the efficiency of modern and contemporary prose teaching in junior middle school.The article is divided into five chapters: the first chapter summarizes the research background and previous research status of contemporary prose situational teaching,defines its related core concepts,and then defines the research methods and ideas of the article.The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis and feasibility of situational teaching method in modern and contemporary prose teaching.The combination of situational analysis and contemporary prose teaching method can reflect the innovation of contemporary prose teaching method.It provides an effective reference for the strategy improvement part of the article.The third chapter investigates the current situation of the application of situational teaching method of modern and contemporary prose in junior middle school.Taking Zhongwei No.* middle school as an example,the research is conducted through questionnaire survey,interview,classroom observation and other research methods,and the results are statistically analyzed.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and reasons of the situational teaching method of modern and contemporary prose in junior middle school,mainly from the two aspects of teachers and students.The fifth chapter is the strategy improvement of situational teaching method in modern and contemporary prose teaching in junior middle school.The first is to summarize the application principles of situational teaching method in modern and contemporary prose teaching in junior middle school;The second is to put forward effective improvement strategies for the situational teaching of modern and contemporary prose from the two aspects of teachers and students.
