Taking a middle school in Urumqi area as the object, this paper investigates the current situation of the after-school homework of senior high school physics, analyzes the survey results, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the current senior high school physics after-school homework, and integrates constructivism theory,Multiple Intelligences Theory,Zone of Proximal Development Theory and Ebbinghaus Memory Theory propose optimization schemes for implementation.Trying to provide a reference for the design of homework in high school physics.First of all,the author conducts a questionnaire survey on the after-school homework of physics in the first year of senior high school from the perspective of students by means of a questionnaire.By means of interviews, from the perspectives of physics teachers and students' parents,an investigation is conducted on the after-school homework of physics in the first grade.By means of observation and records, objective statistics are made on the source of homework, the amount of homework and the completion of students in high school physics.Secondly, through a comprehensive analysis of the results obtained from the three kinds of investigations, the following results are obtained: 1.In terms of the content of the homework in the after-school physics of the first year of senior high school, although there is a good review and worth learning, the homework is not interesting, and the students complete the homework.Longer times require optimization.Although there is good suitability, the content of physics homework is in line with the teaching content and the ability of most students;but the homework is too unified, which is not conducive to the development of a small number of students in the class.2.In terms of students' attitudes towards the after-school physics homework of senior one, there is a phenomenon that a small number of students plagiarize physics homework.3.Regarding the evaluation of the after-school physics homework in the first year of senior high school, although the evaluation is timely and encouraging, there is a lack of long-term homework evaluation.Thirdly, the author proposes an optimization scheme and implements it according to the shortcomings found.1.For the problem that the content of homework in the first year of physics is boring, the author enhances the interest of the homework in the first year of physics by increasing the types of homework and optimizing the background of the exercises.2.In the problem that the homework is too long, the author adopts the method of weakening the number operation to reduce the time for students to complete the physics homework.3.In response to the problem of students using the Internet to plagiarize, the author, based on the search principle of the question search software, makes the question search software an auxiliary tool for students to do questions through appropriate modifications to the physics exercises, and students can get the answer after thinking..4.For the problem that the homework is too unified and it is difficult to take care of a small number of students, the author optimizes the after-school physics homework of senior high school by adopting the scheme of sorting the difficulty of the homework and adding optional exercises.5.For the problem of lack of long-term evaluation, the author optimizes the after-school homework of high school physics through long-term homework evaluation. In the end,the author implemented the optimization plan for the after-school physics homework of senior high school for one month, and achieved good results through various optimizations, which improved students' physics scores and reduced students' plagiarism of physics homework after school.
