It is generally accepted that one of the most important goals set by the new curriculum is to nurture the students' spirit of science. Written from the perspective of theory and empirical and taken the current teaching and learning of Physics into consideration, by optimizing the processes of the cognitive, experiments, thinking and the interaction between teacher and students in the classroom, the writer brought up his own optimized teaching strategies and measurements on the ground of discussion and analysis in detail on this topic. The teaching practice and findings show that the teaching mode of "optimized processes" will motivate the inner cognitive needs of our students and make them play a more active role in the interaction of teaching and learning, that is, the learners have changed their roles from passive acceptant to active masters of their own studies. The result is that the ability of creativeness and life-long development of the students has been nurtured, and this will serve as a springboard in the development of our students in the future.
