Scientific research is an important measure of national scientific and technological strength,and educational research is an important standard to measure the level of education and teaching in a country.With the development and progress of the country and education,scientific research to develop schools,scientific research to promote education,and scientific research to strengthen teachers have become the only way for the development of education in the new era.As an important shaper of students' world outlook,outlook on life and values,ideological and political teachers undertake the important mission of cultivating highquality talents with rational spirit and critical thinking ability for the country.Therefore,exploring the scientific research literacy of high school ideological and political teachers is the only way to cultivate high-quality,high-quality,research-oriented teachers,and is the value demand for building a professional ideological and political teaching team.The top priority of talent literacy.The scientific research literacy of high school ideological and political teachers is a composite structure,which specifically refers to the knowledge,ability and quality that teachers have when they establish a scientific research awareness and can use educational scientific research methods to solve teaching problems in the process of professional growth.comprehensive.First of all,from the theoretical level,research on the scientific research literacy of high school ideological and political teachers.Based on the existing research at home and abroad,this paper divides the internal composition of high school ideological and political teachers' scientific research literacy into three dimensions: scientific research concept,scientific research knowledge,and scientific research ability,and makes an in-depth explanation of them.Teachers' professional development theory,lifelong education theory and action research theory provide the theoretical basis for the research on teachers' scientific research literacy.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,the present investigation is carried out on the scientific research literacy of ideological and political teachers in high schools in Urumqi.After investigation,it was found that teachers of ideological and political courses in senior high schools have basically possessed scientific research literacy,but some teachers of ideological and political courses still have certain deviations in scientific research concepts,lack of in-depth grasp of scientific research knowledge,and lack of organizational and transformation capabilities.In addition,the external system of scientific research hinders scientific research effectiveness.After in-depth analysis,it is concluded that teachers are mainly based on professional title evaluation,and there are role shackles;focusing on subject teaching,knowledge update is delayed;less practical experience,lack of academic training;insufficient external support for scientific research..Finally,based on the survey results,in order to further improve the scientific research literacy of high school ideological and political teachers,and provide a path strategy,teachers should correct their attitudes in scientific research concepts: change research motivation;based on practice: strengthen problem awareness.Deepen understanding on scientific research knowledge: consolidate professional knowledge;reserve knowledge: master scientific research methods.Cultivate literacy in scientific research ability: attach importance to pre-service education;build model: improve key capabilities.The external support system should build a platform: promote research through internal and external exchanges;improve the mechanism:promote research through management systems.
