With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous progress of the times,the development of education should also move forward at the same time.The traditional indoctrination teaching mode has been eliminated by this era.The new era needs compound talents with comprehensive quality and all-round development.The proposal of project-based learning is an effective teaching means to cultivate such talents and one of the international popular teaching modes.However,the current practice of project-based learning teaching is not ideal,and there are many problems to be solved in the integration of project-based learning and physics teaching.After reading a lot of literature,it is found that project-based learning is widely combined with high school physical mechanics,electricity and other teaching contents,while there is relatively little research on the application of project-based learning in optical teaching.Therefore,this paper will start with the teaching of high school physical optics to explore the effective combination of project-based learning and physics teaching.This study uses literature research,investigation,interview and other research methods to clarify the theoretical basis of project-based learning and the development status at home and abroad.Focus on the problems faced by project-based learning in teaching implementation.Based on this,the project-based learning teaching design of physical optics in senior high school is carried out,and finally the teaching is implemented in the selected experimental class.It aims to solve "how to apply project-based learning in Physics Teaching" and improve the quality of classroom teaching.At the same time,after the implementation of teaching,carry out a questionnaire survey on students,in order to understand students' acceptance of project-based learning and the impact of project-based learning on students' ability development,so as to explore whether the combination of project-based learning and physics teaching is feasible and has more advantages than traditional teaching.Finally,interview with front-line teachers to understand the difficulties of implementing project-based learning in classroom teaching,and discuss solutions with teachers to promote the practical development of project-based learning.In order to let more educators use project-based learning for classroom teaching and enrich project-based learning teaching practice cases.Through the stage teaching practice test,it is found that the implementation effect of project-based learning in physical optics teaching in senior high school is good,which is specifically reflected in: in project-based learning,students' learning attitude is significantly improved,The completion rate of autonomous learning tasks before class has been improved significantly,classroom performance is positive,and students' academic level and comprehensive ability have also been significantly improved.In addition,although there are many problems in physics teaching,such as the formalization of the implementation process and the inability to establish the connection between home and school,project-based learning can be well solved by carrying out project-based learning lectures and optimizing the team of teachers.
