Now,because of the rapidly developing age of information technology,it is important to develop people's computational thinking and as their basic information literacy.Robotics education,as a cross-cutting discipline,is considered an important vehicle for interdisciplinary learning,providing a concrete exposure to computational thinking and an efficient teaching tool to develop students' computational thinking effectively.Focusing on the development of computational thinking in secondary school students,the study combines the DBL-related model with a robotics curriculum as the main content of teaching practice to construct a secondary school robotics teaching model geared towards the development of computational thinking,and to optimise and improve teaching practice.Firstly,this study analyses the relevant theoretical literature on computational thinking,robotics teaching and the DBL model,sorts out the concept of computational thinking,its components and the current status of research on the cultivation of computational thinking ability,studies the current status of research on robotics teaching,and analyses the DBL-related model.Then,on the basis of the theoretical research,the relationship between computational thinking cultivation and robotics teaching is dissected,and a DBL double-loop teaching model of robotics for secondary school students oriented to computational thinking cultivation is constructed.Finally,three rounds of action research were conducted to apply the model to students in a middle school robotics club in the northeast of China,and the model was revised and optimised during the action research.Quantitative and qualitative data were collected and analysed using questionnaire and interview methods to verify the effectiveness of the teaching model constructed in this study in developing computational thinking.The results show that students have improved in five dimensions: critical thinking,creativity,algorithmic thinking,problem solving and collaborative learning,and that the DBL double-cycle model of secondary school robotics for the development of computational thinking can effectively promote the development of students' overall level of computational thinking skills.
