When human beings having stepping into 21st century, information technique stands for by multimedia, communicate, network and artificial technique and so on having infiltrating all kinds of areas in society, showing human beings entry into information age. The information literacy will be the basic study ability with reading, writing and calculating. Teachers are facing the challenge and shock confronting the requires for talents in the age. Being the citizen in the information society, being the communicator of knowledge above all, teachers must adjust their own location, to improve their information literacy.Qinghai province lies in the northwest in the country. It is remote and backward. Although the information education has been carried out for many years, and teacher's information literacy training has been more deeply, the study for schoolteacher's information literacy of Qinghai province is blank. The writer try to acquaint teacher's information literacy actuality of Qinghai province by census and talking, find exterior and inner factors that affect schoolteacher's information literacy's improving and offer corresponding advice, countermeasure for improving schoolteacher's information literacy of Qinghai province.The dissertation first comb the study about concepts of information literacy and the actuality of teacher's information literacy training home and abroad. Basing on fore study , questionnaire was come into being. The emphasis of this dissertation include questionnaire census , analyzing the actuality and characteristic about schoolteacher's information literacy of Qinghai province. By analyzing the result of questionnaire and combining related data, the writer exhume the problem that affecting schoolteacher's information literacy level of Qinghai province. Then, the writer offer corresponding countermeasures from macroscopic, moderate, microscopic hierarchy under the guidance of systematical theory.
