The mathematics curriculum standard for senior high schools(2017 Edition)puts forward six core qualities for the first time,one of which is mathematical operation literacy.It is not only an important basis for students to learn mathematics,but also a hot issue in the research of education.During the educational practice,the author learned that senior one students have many problems in mathematical operation that can not be ignored.Therefore,we should strengthen the investigation of senior one students,comprehensively grasp the current situation of their mathematical operation literacy,objectively and accurately reveal their existing problems,and put forward accurate,pragmatic and feasible teaching strategies on the basis of finding out the crux of the problem.The mathematics curriculum standard for senior high schools(2017 Edition)puts forward six core qualities for the first time,one of which is mathematical operation literacy.It is not only an important basis for students to learn mathematics,but also a hot issue in the research of education.During the educational practice,the author learned that senior one students have many problems in mathematical operation that can not be ignored.Therefore,we should strengthen the investigation of senior one students,comprehensively grasp the current situation of their mathematical operation literacy,objectively and accurately reveal their existing problems,and put forward accurate,pragmatic and feasible teaching strategies on the basis of finding out the crux of the problem.The following conclusions can be drawn through test on students:(1)The overall mathematical operation literacy level of students is not high and there is still a great potential for improvement;(2)There is no significant difference in the operation literacy of students of different genders;(3)The scoring average of students reduces with the increase of the structural complexity of mathematical problems,and the students have obviously insufficient ability to explore operational ideas.The students mainly have the following problems in the operation process:understanding the operation object incorrectly,using the operation algorithm incorrectly,choosing the operation idea improperly,and obtaining the operation result incorrectly.The reasons for students' problems can be summarized as the following five aspects:Teachers' lack of demonstration and guidance,students' lack of interest in computing,students' weak basic knowledge,students' bad computing habits,and students' poor summary and reflection.The author draws the following conclusions through questionnaire survey on students: there is not a big problem in students' mathematical operation attitude and habits,but some students are halfhearted in the attitude and have poor operation habits;there is a large problem in the students' operation strategy.In view of this,this paper puts forward the following suggestions and methods to improve students' mathematical operation literacy:(1)perfect the cognitive structure and consolidate the foundation of operation;(2)cultivate operation habits and pay attention to self-examination and reflection;(3)create problem situations and convert operation problems;(4)enhance teachers' demonstration and standardize the process of blackboard writing;(5)motivate the operation interest and temper the volitional quality.
