Xuzhou Primary And Secondary School Physical Education Teachers Job Burnout And The Investigation Of Job Satisfaction

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to change the uncomfortable state of PE Teachers' work under the continuous development of curriculum reform,the continuous attention of the state to the construction of teachers' team and the pressure of teachers.The purpose of the investigation and analysis of job burnout and job satisfaction of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Xuzhou City is to understand the status quo of job burnout and job satisfaction of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Xuzhou City,the difference influencing factors,and the correlation between them.In order to provide reference for the management and construction of PE teachers.Research methods: through literature study,using the Maslach teacher burnout scale and Weiss short form of job satisfaction scale to carry out online questionnaire survey,using independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation and stepwise regression in mathematical statistics to carry out statistics and analysis.According to the data analysis,the research results are as follows:(1)The job burnout and job satisfaction of physical education teachers in Xuzhou are in the middle level.(2)There are significant differences in age,marital status,whether to raise children,professional background,length of service,professional title,whether to serve as an administrator,the number of hours per week and the type of school.(3)There are significant differences in age,marital status,whether to raise children,professional background,length of service,professional title and school type in job satisfaction of physical education teachers in Xuzhou.(4)There is a negative correlation between job burnout and job satisfaction.(5)The difference of emotional exhaustion between primary school PE teachers and middle school PE teachers is the lowest.(6)Different counties,professional titles,weekly class hours and external reward satisfaction can predict job burnout.According to the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The current situation of job burnout and job satisfaction of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Xuzhou is not optimistic.(2)Physical education teachers' job burnout mainly has higher problems in the dimension of emotional exhaustion.(3)There are more job burnout and job satisfaction between teachers in the main city and PE teachers in the county.(4)The job burnout and job satisfaction of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Xuzhou are more easily affected by external environmental factors.
