In this study,a questionnaire survey was used to select 311 elementary and middle school teachers in some areas of Guangxi as the research object.The work input scale,the teacher occupational burnout scale and the elementary and middle school teacher job satisfaction questionnaire were used as research tools to investigate The relationship between investment,job burnout and job satisfaction.The study yielded the following main results:(1)The total occupational burnout of teachers in primary and secondary schools is 2.505,the total input of job input and job satisfaction is 3.631,3.77,and the theoretical median is 3,which means that the primary and secondary school teachers have a low degree of occupational burnout,and work input Satisfaction is generally better.(2)The relationship between primary and middle school teachers' health care resources and work input is work input =-1.08 + 0.650 environmental satisfaction +0.448 income satisfaction + 0.146 management satisfaction.The relationship with job burnout is that job burnout = 5.641-0.502 environmental satisfaction-0.329 income satisfaction.The relationship between primary and middle school teachers' incentive resources and work input is work input =-1.505 + 0.992 teaching satisfaction + 0.228 promotion satisfaction.The relationship with job burnout is 6.316-0.705 teaching satisfaction-0.207 promotion satisfaction.(3)Work input has a significant predictive effect on job burnout(? =-0.380,p<0.001);work satisfaction has a significant predictive effect on job burnout(? =-0.363,p <0.001);work input and work The interactive item of satisfaction has a significant predictive effect on job burnout(? =-0.104,p <0.05);that is,job satisfaction has a significant role in regulating job input and job burnout.The study reached the following conclusions:(1)The level of job burnout of teachers in primary and middle schools is low,and the overall status of job input and job satisfaction is good.(2)There are significant differences in demographic variables between primary and secondary school teachers' job burnout,job input and job satisfaction.(3)Health care resources in job satisfaction of primary and middle school teachers significantly predict job burnout,and incentive resources significantlypredict job input.(4)Primary and middle school teachers' job satisfaction has a negative regulating effect on the impact of job input on job burnout.Educational recommendations:(1)Formulate targeted strategies based on the demographic characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers: the country accelerates and implements educational reforms to reduce stress for teachers and students;schools should actively pay attention to part-time teacher teachers,short-term teachers,and female teachers during their careers Physical and mental health;flexible use of incentives for teachers with different incentive preferences.(2)Alleviate job burnout by improving teachers 'job satisfaction: Departments at all levels should effectively improve the socio-economic status of primary and secondary school teachers;the government should speed up the implementation of reforms in the establishment,professional titles,and assessment of primary and secondary school teachers;school administrators The resources of teachers can be met through reasonable regulation of work resources.(3)Organized and carried out by teachers of mental health education,such as "mental growth workshops" for teachers,can not only help newly recruited teachers better achieve career planning,but also improve teachers' job burnout.
