Analysis On The Technical Characteristics Of Men’s 63 Kg Of Taekwondo In The 2019 Championship With Zhao Shuai’s Subordinate

In recent years,the development of Taekwondo in China is relatively rapid.Taekwondo has won many gold medals in the Olympic Games and World Championships.Zhao Shuai is one of the emerging high-level Male Taekwondo Athletes in China.He won the championship in the 2016 Olympic Games and the2019 World Championships respectively.This paper studies Zhao Shuai’s technical characteristics in order to provide theoretical reference for the preparation and competition practice of the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games.This paper takes the technical characteristics of 63 kg Zhao Shuai of men’s Taekwondo World Championships in 2019 as the research object,using the methods of literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and so on:1.Zhao Shuai used the most times in the competition,and the leg techniques with higher scores were horizontal kick and push kick;Whirlwind kick and back spin kick were less used in the competition,but the application effect was better.2.In the front leg technology,Zhao Shuai used more in the competition,and the number of use was significantly higher than that of the back leg technology.Among them,front leg technology mainly includes front leg horizontal kick and front leg push kick.On the whole,the application of foreleg technology is relatively single,but the quality of application is high,which is in line with Zhao Shuai’s body function structure and gives full play to Zhao Shuai’s leg length advantage.3.In the aspect of median technology,Zhao Shuai applies it more,controls the distance through the playing method of median technology,creates better opportunity for the application of high-level technology,and makes high-level technology have better scoring effect.4.In the aspect of boxing technique,Zhao Shuai used less in the world championships,but the actual combat effect was better,which could increase the score.Zhao Shuai’s technical style is active attack,which takes the initiative most of the time in the game.5.In terms of scoring technology,the utilization rate of 1 and 2 points technology is the highest and the score is the most,while the utilization rate of 3 and 4points technology is not high,but the scoring effect is good.Zhao Shuai’s main scoring technique is horizontal kick,which accounts for a large proportion of the score in the game.Down splitting,double flying and back kicking are the main scoring techniques of 3 and 4 points.
