Rearch Into The Role Of Sociai Workers In Urben Community Pension Service

As a new force,social work has been gradually involved in the community pension services.However,there are still many problems need to be solved,such as feasibility of social work stepping in urban community pension,the problems we meet in the service process,and the social workers how to play theirs roles well and provide service to meet the need of the object so on.Recently,with the space of aging,community endowment,as a new type pension model,came into being.The government purchase more services from social organization to relieve pension pressure,and more social workers will enter the community,which will make the community residents enjoy the rich and diverse services.Absolutely,it is a challenge for social workers.Social workers who provide community care services not only to meet the daily needs of community elders,but also need to keep studying,transfer service ideas and play the roles well to improve the community pension services.This passage takes Y community in Sichuan Province,as an example.Questionnaire survey,structured interview and other scientific research methods are adopted in this paper.On the hand,from the view of service participants,it need to be considered that whether their service can meet the actual needs of elders as well aswhether they can provide the elders with specific social work content in their roles.On the other hand,from the view of social workers who service in the community,they need to analysis the pension service for the elders,find the problems that met in the process of the services,and find out their shortcomings.Based on the view of social workers,how social worker paly their role correctly in the community pension service is discussed in this paper.thesis consists of five parts.The first part is an introduction.The first part is an introduction.It mainly introduces the research background and significance,combs the relevant domestic and international literature,and formulates the research design.the second part of the study on the basic situation of the community endowment service description,by issuing questionnaires,statistical analysis of the questionnaire,analysising on the basis of the assessment of the actual needs of the elderly,are classified.the third part of the social workers questionnaire data collection methods,describing the development of social workers to undertake the specific service in community service,for the elders in the role of service activities in the process of success,and lacking of analysis of factors from the subjective and objective aspects.the fourth part mainly focuses on the factors,affecting the social worker role are put forward and the role of the proposals reflect on the theory and practice.at the same time,thinking about the character of the advantages and disadvantages.the fifth part is the conclusion,optimizing the roles of social workers,need to maintain social sensitivity and has the ability of continuous learning,positive role,improving community pension service level,the research conclusion has reference function in the rural community elders service the social worker.
