The results of the Citizen's Ecological and Environmental Behavior Survey Report released by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment in recent two years both show that citizens are in a state of high awareness and low practice in the field of ecological and environmental behavior.Practical education is an important segment for colleges and universities to adhere to the fundamental task of establishing moral educationIn 2012,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Propaganda,the Ministry of Finance and other four departments issued the "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Work of Practical Education in Colleges and Universities" to vigorously strengthen and promote the work of practical education.As young people in the new era,college students need to take social and ecological responsibilities from the inside out and actively put them into practice.This is an objective requirement for realizing new progress in ecological civilization construction and developing high-quality education in colleges and universities,especially practical education while we facing the severe ecological reality.By studying the practical path of eco-ethics education for college students in the new era,we can improve the way of ethics education for college students at the theoretical level,enrich the connotation of practical education,promote the effective implementation of various ecological and environmental protection policies from the practical level,which is conducive to the practice of socialist core values and the cultivation of high-quality talents.Only by educating and guiding college students to be rooted in the social practice of ecological ethics can we continuously promote the consolidation,transformation and expansion of students' understanding of the construction of socialist ecological civilization in practical education.Based on Marxist ecological thought and the concept of practical education,this paper compares the evolution of ecological ethics education in China and summarizes the experience,then investigates and analyzes the causes of the low practice of ecological behavior among college students and proposes an effective innovation path.According to the content of the whole thesis,it is divided into six parts: Part 1 analyzes the background and significance of the selected topic,a review of the research on eco-ethics education for college students at home and abroad,research ideas,contents and methods,and research innovation points,etc.It proposes the necessity and feasibility of the research on the practice of eco-ethics education in the context of the low practice degree of citizens' eco-environmental behavior in the new era and the imperfect practice system of eco-ethics education in colleges and universities.Part2 provides an overview of eco-ethics education for college students,mainly starting from the basic concepts,explaining the connotation of eco-ethics and eco-ethics education,and then defining the practice of eco-ethics education for college students,exploring its objectives,foundations and characteristics,etc.Part 3 presents the Marxist ecological thought,Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought and the basic theories about practice.Part 4 compares the development evolution and experience of eco-ethics education practice of college students.The developmental evolution is sorted out in three periods: 1972-1992: environmental education stage,1992-2007: sustainable development education stage,and 2007-present:ecological civilization education stage.The experience of eco-ethics education practice mainly includes four aspects: combining teacher-led and student-led,combining the first,second and third classes,combining ecological literacy cultivation and ecological practice,and combining in-school initiative and off-campus linkage.Part 5 investigates the current ecological behavior of college students by means of questionnaires,so as to know the effectiveness of the current ecological ethics education,and further analyze the causes and problems of the findings of "high awareness and low practice".Based on the previous analysis and the experience of ecoethical education,part 6 proposes the innovative paths in five aspects,including building a "three-comprehensive education" practice pattern,enriching the teaching resources,improving the practical ability of teachers,changing the practical way,and improving the practical evaluation and feedback of ecological ethics education.
