Capable Person Group In Collective Improvement Of Village-to-residential Community ——Take Di Village As An Example

The central government currently attaches great importance to rural revitalization.Among them,the "village-to-residential" community has certain reference significance for the realization of rural revitalization at different stages of development because of its location and transitional characteristics of connecting urban and rural governance forms.The development of the collective economy,rural public services,social capital and mutual aid culture in the "village-to-residential" community is not only the key content of community governance,but also an important safety tool for benefiting the people and stabilizing the hearts of the people.Community development is a form of social work that provides a broad social focus for social worker interventions that attempt to engage people with common interests to focus and collaborate on common problems facing the community.Communities in the process of village reform are faced with various difficulties and development demands such as collective economy and public services,which require community members to work together to solve them.also have a certain impact.Professor Wang Sibin wrote an article in 2021 and put forward the concept of "collectivity" as a possibility to view the development of rural residents' economic and social life and the vitality of rural development.This paper borrows this concept of possibility,and introduces the theory of key groups,through the investigation of the "village-to-residential" community,to deeply explore the forming mechanism of the group of capable people on collectiveness.In order to answer the above questions,this paper uses the method of case study through field research and uses the three dimensions of collective economy,rural public service,social capital and mutual aid culture as the starting point to understand the changes in the collective dimension of Di Village and the impact of the capable group on the collective.role in shaping.Specifically,through the literature method,interview method and observation method,it collects relevant data on collective change and the formation mechanism of capable people.Through research,this paper finds that after the relocation of Di Village,the collectivity has increased and weakened differently.The villagers agree to develop collectivity and the capable group can play different roles in the three dimensions of collectivity: the political ability is superior to the self.The power operation from the bottom enhances the collective character of the village through the logic of action;the socially competent person improves public services,social capital and the culture of mutual assistance in a bottom-up manner;the economically competent person “snowballs” the employment of villagers from the inside out.The capable group leads and drives the residents to achieve common development,which can enhance the positive collectiveness,but the capable group also has a tendency to lead to the negative development of the collective.At the theoretical level,this paper constructs a model of the dynamic effect of able-bodied groups on collectivity.This paper suggests that the government should establish a positive policy to support the development of the collective economy;attach importance to diversified participation,introduce social organizations at the township and sub-district levels;and give play to the role of social workers in the "village-to-residential" community.
