The original intention of the state to set up the sports system in the middle school examination is to enhance the students' physical quality and make the students' physical and mental development healthy,and at the same time to achieve the purpose of promoting the rapid development of sports in middle school schools.As an effective means,the implementation of physical education in the middle school examination plays an important role in encouraging students to actively participate in sports,exercise their bodies,strengthen their physique,cultivate good habits of physical education and exercise their will quality.Xiangtan City secondary examination sports system has been developed for more than 20 years,in order to better promote the overall and healthy growth of young people and continue to improve and develop the system.This study takes the implementation of physical education in Xiangtan City as the research object.Based on the view of "health first ",this paper analyzes the sports items in Xiangtan city,links the students' all-round healthy development with the sports items in the middle school entrance examination,combines the views of the examinee and the teacher on the middle school entrance examination items,and earnestly implements the requirements for the students' all-round healthy development in the guiding ideology of" health first and analyzes whether the setting of the items is conducive to the enhancement of students' physical quality,the development of mental health and the cultivation of lifelong physical consciousness and habits.At the same time,in order to provide sufficient theoretical basis and practical reference significance for the future development of physical education in Xiangtan City,the author makes a further analysis of the development of students' health outlook in the new stage by using the relevant theories such as National Student Health Standard,Sports and Health Curriculum and item group training theory.The following main conclusions following main conclusions:1 The implementation of Xiangtan has obvious changes in the test time and place,test methods and rules,and the setting of the test content and scores,the proportion of professors and practice,raising the score from 50 to 100 points.2 The ranking of various junior high school physical education examination results in Xiangtan City is relatively fixed;and the actual effect of the physical school entrance examination in recent years is not optimistic,and only some schools feed back to the student test results and are clearly reflected.3 The characteristics of the implementation of Xiangtan Sports High School entrance examination are affected by the influence of the traditional concept.In the face of sudden changes of scores,due to the lack of understanding of parents and students,the pressure of physical education learning increases.In addition,although the schools have adjusted and optimized the school physical education teaching system and teaching mode,the existing teaching mode is still relatively solidified.4 From the perspective of design and arrangement of physical education content in Xiangtan Middle School,the implementation of PE examination has become the new orientation of physical education,the personality development and learning interest,the objective existence of individual difference,and seriously affects the full implementation of the syllabus.5 Xiangtan occupies an important position in the development of school education.But in the choice of teaching methods and their changes,there is no obvious effect;and the teaching content is biased to the physical education examination content.In addition,the equipment required by the current school sports examination projects basically meet the real teaching needs,but cannot meet the needs of extracurricular sports activities;and the "pass rate" proportion of the sports examination results is not optimistic.6 Xiangtan physical education examination to some extent stimulated the enthusiasm of sports teachers,more and more sports teachers began to play more energy and time to study physical education teaching content and methods,to organize sports education teaching with more effective,more reasonable and professional teaching methods;and earnestly implement sports reform measures to improve physical education methods,and strive to cultivate their professional dedication and physical education teaching level.7 The implementation of the physical education high school entrance examination has significantly improved the importance to students ' sports,and compared with male and female middle school students,their physical exercise attitude is obviously higher.However,some students ' physical exercise motivation and the original intention of the sports high school entrance examination have a certain deviation.In addition,the existing physical education teaching content is not only more popular and loved by students,but also to promote the physical health of most students.8 Xiangtan sports examination implementation has achieved remarkable results,but in the test project setting,practice teaching content,mode,and after-school sports activities organization,school sports facilities,and safe physical exercise environment,etc.,all this help the physical examination system implementation and the sports examination project involved,affect the factors of junior high school students physical education teaching,are in urgent need of improve.9 Parents of middle school students in Xiangtan City generally believe that "the result of the high school entrance examination" is the most important.But it generally ignores the promotion utility of their children 's physical quality,which reflects the parents' simple understanding of the implementation of physical education in the high school entrance examination;and their giving too high expectations for their children's physical education examination,which increases the psychological pressure of their children.
