| Education evaluation is related to the direction of education development.The new curriculum standards for high school ideology and politics emphasize the importance of students’ theoretical study and specific practical performance,and vigorously construct an evaluation mechanism centered on cultivating and developing the core literacy of the discipline.The traditional paper and pen test attaches importance to students’ learning results and achievements,comparatively speaking,performance evaluation pays attention to students’ learning results and their behavior in the learning process,and pays attention to the cultivation of students’ core literacy and ability.In high school ideological and political classrooms,performance evaluation plays an important role.The implementation of performance evaluation will help improve students’ cognitive ability in learning and implement the cultivation of core literacy.At the same time,it helps to improve teachers’ classroom teaching and improve the overall quality of the classroom.It can be seen that performance evaluation has advantages that the traditional paper-and-pencil test does not have.It meets the requirements of the new curriculum standard and is suitable for application in high school ideological and political classrooms.However,at present,performance evaluation has not been promoted in senior high school,and there are some problems in the implementation of performance evaluation.Starting from the requirement of cultivating core literacy,this article focuses on high school ideological and political classrooms,integrates research status at home and abroad,combs the theoretical development of performance evaluation;try to define the connotation of performance evaluation,and summarize the characteristics of performance evaluation;focusing on the classroom,this paper explores the role of performance evaluation in diagnosis,guidance,motivation and development.Through investigation and research,combined with teaching practice,this paper analyzes the current situation of students’ performance evaluation in high school ideological and political classroom;affirm the effectiveness of performance evaluation,for example,the strategy of performance evaluation has been initially applied and the effect has been initially recognized;find out the problems in the implementation of performance evaluation in high school ideological and political classroom,and find that there are some problems,such as fuzzy evaluation objectives,utilitarian evaluation function,flat evaluation design,monotonous evaluation methods;this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,such as the deviation of teaching evaluation orientation,the restriction of traditional evaluation concept,the limitation of teachers’ evaluation ability,and the lack of classroom evaluation process;the countermeasures to improve the students’ performance evaluation in high school ideological and political class are put forward,such as setting the evaluation goal,understanding the evaluation function,improving the evaluation design,and enriching the evaluation methods.Hope that through this study,for the future to improve high school ideological and political classroom performance evaluation of students to provide reference. |
