Teaching evaluation plays an important role in the entire teaching process.With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,there are more and more types of teaching evaluation,and performance evaluation is one of the teaching evaluation methods.As a new evaluation method,expressive evaluation pays more attention to the authenticity of situation creation and the learning process of students.Its effective use in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools will help promote the process of new curriculum reform and promote the thinking of high school students.The improvement of moral quality.This article analyzes and sorts out the performance research results in the education field in recent years,and combines its own internship education experience,combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience,and investigates and analyzes the current status of the application of performance evaluation in high school ideological and political classroom teaching.Explore the main existing problems and their causes,in order to propose specific implementation strategies and targeted and operable solutions.This article is mainly divided into four parts:The first part defines the meaning of performance and performance evaluation from a theoretical point of view,as well as the difference between performance evaluation and authenticity evaluation,process evaluation,and the connotation of performance evaluation in high school ideological and political courses.Analyze the basic characteristics of performance evaluation and the necessity of using performance evaluation in high school ideological and political teaching.The second part mainly uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to conduct questionnaire surveys and interviews with high school ideological and political teachers and students respectively.At the same time,it also surveys parents of students.From the understanding of performance evaluation,the formulation of evaluation standards,and performance The design of sexual tasks,the participation of evaluation subjects,and the feedback of performance evaluation information investigate and analyze the problems in the practical application of performance evaluation,and further analyze the reasons for their existence.The third part proposes specific implementation strategies for performance evaluation in high school ideological and political teaching by determining clear evaluation goals,formulating reasonable evaluation standards,designing appropriate evaluation tasks,focusing on the diversification of evaluation subjects,and improving evaluation information feedback mechanisms..The fourth part proposes concrete and feasible solutions from the aspects of establishing correct performance evaluation concepts,improving teachers' professional evaluation literacy,and seeking social support and participation,so as to give full play to this evaluation method in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools.Unique value.
