Based on the rise and development of "Internet plus education",and the sudden emergence of COVID-19,the traditional teaching in Colleges and universities is facing great reform.Online teaching has been booming.Online and offline teaching has also become a core project combining modern information technology with education and teaching.Under the current situation,the research on online and offline integrated teaching has become an important topic that can not be ignored,and many practical research results have been produced.However,the special research on how to construct the quality assurance system of online and offline integrated teaching needs to be supplemented.In the field of higher education,teaching quality,as its core issue,needs a systematic,perfect and scientific quality assurance system to escort the sustainable development of online and offline integrated teaching in Colleges and universities.Therefore,this study is to construct the quality assurance system of online and offline integrated teaching in universities.The main problems to be solved include: what quality problems exist in the online and offline integration teaching in the context of "Internet plus" ? What are the reasons for the quality problems of online and offline integrated teaching? How to better ensure the quality of online and offline integrated teaching in Colleges and universities? How to build a quality assurance system for online and offline integrated teaching in Colleges and universities?In view of the above problems,this study analyzes and summarizes the common problems of the current online and offline integrated teaching quality in Colleges and universities,and analyzes the reasons for the problems through a questionnaire survey of teachers and students in many colleges and universities,combined with interviews with some teachers,leaders and academic administrators.According to the problem sorting and attribution analysis,this paper attempts to use the PDCA cycle theory to construct the quality assurance system of online and offline integrated teaching in Colleges and universities,and run this system to ensure the quality of online and offline integrated teaching in Colleges and universities.This paper clarifies this research through the following six parts:The first part is the introduction,starting from the background and significance of the topic,by clarifying the relevant research review at home and abroad,understanding the relevant research status,determining the research ideas and research methods of this study,and defining the relevant core concepts.The second part introduces the concept and characteristics of PDCA cycle theory in this study,and the necessity,feasibility and specific implementation procedures of its application to the construction of online and offline integrated teaching quality assurance system in Colleges and universities.The third part analyzes and presents the survey results from the perspective of four stages of PDCA cycle through the investigation and research into the current situation of online and offline integrated teaching quality assurance.The fourth part analyzes the relevant problems and reasons for online and offline integrated teaching quality assurance in Colleges and universities from the four dimensions of P(plan),D(Implementation),C(inspection)and a(treatment).The fifth part is to apply PDCA cycle to construct the quality assurance system of online and offline integrated teaching in Colleges and universities,that is,from P link(overall planning and Design)to D link(teaching promotion and Implementation),then to C link(Teaching detection feedback)and finally to a link(continuous improvement of quality).Finally,the sixth part is the conclusion of this paper,which mainly summarizes the research results of this paper,reflects on the shortcomings of the research,and looks forward to more experts and scholars to continue in-depth research in the future.In a nutshell,this study is committed to running the PDCA cycle of online and offline integrated teaching quality assurance system in Colleges and universities.On the one hand,we can find the problems existing in the quality management process of online and offline integrated teaching in Colleges and universities,determine the objectives and specific implementation plans of teaching quality,and build a step-by-step linkage and closely linked quality assurance operation system;On the other hand,we can constantly summarize the standardization experience after PDCA cycle operation,promote and popularize it,find and solve new problems in the process of online and offline integrated teaching in time,and finally truly realize the continuous improvement and spiral rise of online and offline integrated teaching quality in Colleges and universities.
