| As the economy and society enter a new stage of development,the state puts forward higher requirements for sports talents and pays more attention to the close combination of quality education and sports talent training.The teaching of physical education in colleges and universities,as the focus of cultivating sports talents in the new era,should be scientifically and effectively reformed.The teaching of physical education in colleges and universities is composed of many aspects.As an important part of the curriculum of physical education in colleges and universities,tennis teaching is not innovative enough in teaching means,methods and modes.Therefore,the teaching of tennis in physical education major in colleges and universities should also follow the footsteps of educational reform and make innovative research on teaching mode.Based on the teaching practice of tennis in college physical education major,in order to enable students to better master the theory and practice of tennis,this paper makes an experimental study on PDCA circulating teaching mode in tennis teaching in college physical education major,and analyzes the application effect of PDCA circulating teaching mode through experiments.In this way,we can improve the tennis skills of students majoring in physical education,cultivate their ability to find,analyze and solve problems,and improve their interest in tennis learning.At the same time,it also provides reference for the application of innovative teaching mode in tennis teaching and other sports teaching.In this paper,the application effect of PDCA cycle teaching mode in tennis special course teaching of physical education majors in colleges and universities is studied.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics to conduct experimental research.On the basis of the existing research results of PDCA circulating teaching mode,it analyzes the feasibility,advantages and disadvantages of PDCA circulating teaching mode in tennis teaching for college physical education majors.Taking the students of Class 1 and Class 2 of Grade 2021 tennis specialty in Harbin Normal University as the experimental objects,the teaching comparative experiments were carried out for the experimental class and the control class respectively.The experimental class adopted PDCA circulation teaching mode and the control class adopted traditional teaching mode,and the teaching experimental results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.After 16 weeks and 64 hours of tennis teaching experiment,the research results are obtained:Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups in the three indexes of physical fitness: 50-meter running,pull-ups and PRO sensitivity test(P < 0.05),but there were no significant differences in sitting forward and skipping rope for 1 minute(P > 0.05).Compared with the control class,the results of the experimental class were slightly higher than those of the control class,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in the four basic technical indexes of tennis between the two groups before and after the experiment(P < 0.01).Before and after the experiment,the two groups compared the four basic techniques.The experimental class was obviously better than the control class,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.01).There were significant differences in the evaluation of tennis technical movements between the two groups before and after the experiment(P < 0.01).Before and after the experiment,the performance of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).There are significant differences in the enthusiasm of learning interest,skill learning,extracurricular activities and sports attention between the two groups before and after the experiment(P < 0.05),and there are significant differences in the negativity(reverse scoring)(P < 0.01).Comparing the two groups before and after the experiment,the results of the experimental class are higher than those of the control class,and there are significant differences in enthusiasm,skill learning,extracurricular activities and sports attention(P < 0.05)and negative points(P < 0.01).Research conclusion:PDCA cycle teaching mode can improve students’ physical fitness,but it has little effect.The application of PDCA cycle in tennis teaching for college physical education majors can effectively improve students’ tennis skills.PDCA cycle teaching mode has a better effect on standardizing students’ technical movements.The application of PDCA cycle teaching mode in tennis special teaching for college physical education majors can enhance students’ interest in tennis learning.The teaching practice guided by PDCA cycle theory can be extended to other projects. |
