On March 8,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the school ideological and political theory teachers' symposium that to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses,we should constantly enhance the ideological and theoretical nature,affinity and pertinence of ideological and political courses.Ideological and political lessons should always adhere to the unity of theory and practice,"the ideological and political small classroom with the social classroom,guide students to find problems,analysis of problems,thinking about problems,in the continuous inspiration to let students come to a conclusion.In the era of knowledge economy,the requirement for students is not only a large amount of knowledge reserve,but also the ability to adapt to social development and survival.Based on the new requirements of talent training,it is necessary to innovate teaching methods.Inquiry-based teaching encourages students to discover,analyze and solve problems independently,so that students can acquire the ability to solve problems and the spirit of scientific exploration and attitude of teaching methods while mastering knowledge,and the goal of talent training is highly consistent.By referring to relevant literature at home and abroad,using literature research method,case analysis method and interview method and other methods,according to the principle of linking theory with practice,this paper scientifically analyzes the feasibility and value significance of inquiry-based teaching in junior middle school "Morality and the rule of law" course.With the phenomenon of early maturity of physical and mental development of teenagers,it is no longer the basic ability of senior students to develop inquiry ability,and junior students should also have the willingness and ability of independent inquiry.Through the research of this paper,I hope to contribute to the efficient development of exploratory teaching in middle school ideological and political class.Apart from the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of the general theory of inquiry teaching,which respectively expounds the meaning,characteristics and basic models of inquiry teaching.The second part is the value and feasibility analysis of inquiry teaching applied in junior middle school "Morality and rule of law" course.The third part takes a lesson in the textbook "Morality and rule of Law" of grade 7 as an example to conduct exploratory teaching design and specific classroom teaching practice,and revises the teaching design through excellent teachers' observation and feedback of classroom practice.At the same time,before the teaching design and after the end of the class,the relevant teachers and students were interviewed to provide case analysis of the application of inquiry teaching in the classroom teaching of lower grades.The fourth part is to reflect and summarize the application of inquiry-based teaching in the classroom teaching of morality and the rule of law in junior high school through specific lesson examples and interviews,and draw the relationship between the application of inquiry-based teaching in the classroom of morality and the rule of law in junior high school.
