The newly revised "Ideology and Morality Curriculum Standards" and "China's Student Development Core Literacy" all point out that the ability of students' self-participation and self-learning should be emphasized.The teaching of the new era should be to promote students' ability to design and learn independently.To let students sum up knowledge and skills in independent learning and independent inquiry,and further form a correct outlook on life,values and worldview.The morality and rule of law course is a subject of ideological,humanistic,practical and comprehensive.It is difficult to achieve the teaching goal by classroom teaching alone.It must rely on the teachers in the classroom to guide the students through the actual learning and life process to develop students'.independent thinking and active practice,.As a task and diversified unified moral and rule of law operation,allowing students to design by themselves can improve the current status of moral and rule of law homework design,and promote students to learn independently,let students to become a person who is fully developed.Under such circumstances,how can rural junior high school students with limited learning resources and conditions be allowed to design their own morality and rule of law courses,so that they can narrow the learning gap with urban junior high school students,and enjoying education equity is our current problem to be solved urgently.This study aims at the current rural primary school morality and rule of law homework design can not meet the needs of students' independent development,combined with relevant research at home and abroad,and draws inspiration from past theories,and puts forward detailed student self-design morality and rule of law work.The implementation process and analysis,summed up the problems of the students in the rural primary middle school to design their own morality and the rule of law,find out the reasons,and then propose targeted and feasible improvement measures,which can provide moral and legal education for junior high school.The new perspective is conducive to improving the current situation of the school'smorality and rule of law curriculum design in rural primary schools,and assisting the development of self-learning ability of junior middle school students through independent design assignments.
