The junior high school morals and rule of law class is a comprehensive compulsory course designed to cultivate junior high school students’ moral qualities and the rule of law.With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform in China’s basic education stage,it is imperative to innovate junior high school moral and rule of law teaching methods.It is in this context that inquiry teaching breaks into the traditional teaching model and begins to enter people’s field of vision.Inquiry-based teaching,as the most attracting and admiring method in the teaching method innovation of junior high school morality and rule of law,focuses on student-centered,cultivates students’ independent learning,cooperates with others,and innovates the ability to explore,and can fully reflect the student’s dominant position.The enthusiasm and initiative of students’ learning will undoubtedly play a significant role in improving the teaching effect of the junior high school moral and legal education curriculum.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is about the background,significance,status of research at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and innovations.The second part is the theoretical explanation of inquiry teaching.Mainly from the meaning and characteristics of inquiry and inquiry teaching,the theoretical basis of inquiry teaching,and analysis and discussion.The third part is the analysis of the importance and feasibility of applying inquiry teaching in junior school morals and rule of law classes.First of all,it discusses the importance of the application of inquiry teaching in junior high school morality and rule of law from three aspects: the inevitable requirements of the development of the times;secondly,it discusses the morality of junior middle school from three aspects: the characteristics of junior school morals and the characteristics of the rule of law.The feasibility of the application of inquiry teaching in the rule of law class;the fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of the application of inquiry teaching in junior high school morals and rule of law;the fifth part is the application of inquiry teaching in the junior school morals and rule of law class.
