The Red Culture Activities have been widely carried out in many schools in recent years.Various documents have been issued by different departments to promote the course of red culture activities into primary and secondary schools.Various red cultural documents appeared one after another and were continuously improved with the in-depth practice of red cultural activities.It is not only an important means to improve the the primary and secondary students' score literacy,but also a great way to improve their comprehensive abilities.According to the survey,many problems have appeared during the process of carrying out the red culture activities into primary and secondary schools in Yan'an city.According to the Marxist humanistic theory and school organizational culture theory,considering the psychological characteristics of the related students,I used many methods in order to come up with the improvement strategies of red culture entering the primary and secondary schools in Yan'an City based on the management system and operation mechanism.It is designed to improve the effects of the activities and provide references for other schools carrying out the red culture activities.The main content of this paper are:First,I teased the domestic and foreign researchers' researches of red culture into campus,studied the concepts of red cultural resources and the theoretical basis and inspiration,so that the following research will be easier.The second part is about the questionnaire survey and interview.The questionnaire is mainly for the related teachers and students in Yan'an city.The interview includes the arrangement and analysis of the investigation data.The interviews are mainly designed for the leaders.After investigated and interviewed the related people,many problems have been appeared in the management system,operation mechanism and safeguard measures of the red culture activities into the primary and secondary schools in Yan'an City.The third part is an typical example of a primary school in Yan'an city's specific practice of the red culture activities,so that the improvement strategy of the red culture entering the campus activity proposed in Chapter Five will be easier to be raised.The fourth part is to present the improvement strategy of red culture entering the campus.I proposed the following strategies based on the management system,operation mechanism and safeguard measures: improve the red culture management organization of entering the schools;strengthen the red organizations' leadership;enhance the red culture's professional training;improve the supporting red culture resources;build a multi-linkage mechanism of collaborative and practice promotion;improve the current division,evaluation,feedback and incentive mechanism of the related school;improve the corresponding red cultural system,red personnel and red culture material security and so on.My research is guided by related theories,the new curriculum standards and three examples of red culture activities in elementary schools.I put forward the implementation strategy of red culture entering campus,and analyzes through classic cases.my research ideas are very clear.It enhanced students' core competence,improved their interest in participating the red culture activities,and also provides a new idea and method for red culture to enter campus activities.
