From the perspective of teacher professional development,the new curriculum reform has put forward new requirements and standards.For teachers,their professional development cannot be separated from the support of curriculum leadership.Therefore,under the background of the new curriculum reform,it is necessary to carry out the research on teachers' curriculum leadership as a key work.From the perspective of different stages of learning,students in primary school have their own uniqueness and growth rules.At this stage,the learning of Chinese courses is mainly based on the cultivation of literacy,word recognition,reading and other abilities.Only by learning Chinese courses well,can they better invest in the learning of other courses.From the perspective of Chinese curriculum learning,the primary school Chinese teachers' main task is to enable students to form a preliminary cognition and understanding of Chinese curriculum.Therefore,whether these teachers have strong curriculum leadership has a great impact on students' learning results,and also has a significant impact on teachers' personal development.This paper takes Z primary school Chinese teachers as the research object,adopts questionnaire and interview method,and finds that the main problems of Z primary school Chinese teachers' curriculum leadership are as follows: the teachers' curriculum innovation ability is insufficient,and the value guidance is not good;Poor development of professional communities;Low identification with their leading role;Lack of reflective ability to curriculum evaluation.On the one hand,the root of the problem lies in the school level.The student management system focuses on daily life;The course teaching management is not flexible;Poor communication between school and family.On the other hand,there is less communication between teachers and teachers.The initiative of course research is not strong;Lack of willingness to develop professionally;Lack of theoretical knowledge of curriculum leadership.On this basis,this paper revolves around small.The training and improvement of Chinese teachers' curriculum leadership provides a series of available methods and schemes: to help teachers update the concept of Chinese curriculum,so that teachers have a scientific and reasonable view of Chinese curriculum;Build communication platforms to strengthen teachers' ability to develop professional communities;Optimize the coordination and distribution of teachers' roles,responsibilities and rights,strengthen teachers' ability to focus on leading behaviors;Improve the way of evaluation and reflection,enhance the ability of teachers to focus on curriculum issues.
