In the field of curriculum research,from curriculum management to curriculum leadership is a new trend of curriculum development.Teacher as the main implementer of school education and the coordinator among school,family and social education,his curriculum leadership is the center of the curriculum leadership research.Teacher curriculum leadership belongs to new thing,so the problems such as what is the teacher curriculum leadership,what are the problems in the leadership of the teacher curriculum and how to solve these problems should become our study contents.Teachers' curriculum leadership refers to the teacher community which was made by teachers to achieve the curriculum implementation characteristics,such as,promoting the development of curriculum,promoting the professional development of teachers and improving the quality of students learning process,through the way of equality,cooperation and share.By studying the sharing curriculum leadership theory,creative curriculum leadership theory,innovation theory,the five dimensions of curriculum leadership theory and the teachers' curriculum leadership role theory to build up the teachers' curriculum leadership dimension of primary school.It is made up of curriculum itself leadership,social environment and cultural construction leadership.The school teachers' curriculum leadership questionnaire and interview outline which are based on the three dimensions,were carried out to invest primary school teacher curriculum leadership,founding the following problems:lack of ability to develop school-based curriculum,lack of ability to build up curriculum vision,teachers lacking of understanding on courses,lack of education wit in curriculum leadership,the shortage of rights to carry out curriculum leadership,lack of teachers' curriculum leadership motivation,construction lag of teacher curriculum leadership community,the insufficient coordination between teachers and the stakeholders of the curriculum,the strong isolation culture of teacher individual,the culture of dignity between teacher and student needs to be strengthened,and the strong culture of competition between teachers.The main reasons for these problems are: lack of research on teacher curriculum leadership theory,the content of teacher training lack of pertinence,teachers' job burnout,the unsound of teacher curriculum leadership mechanism,the bad culture environment of school,and the influence of the traditional curriculum management system.The strategy of improving it is to built up the three dimensions system and carry out the three dimensions strategies.The strategies of the curriculum itself leadership dimension include generating curriculum leadership wisdom,strengthening the training of teachers' curriculum leadership.The strategies of the cultural construction leadership dimension include building a kind of shared teacher culture and building a school culture of democratic freedom.Interpersonal environment dimension of leadership strategies include setting up community of teacher curriculum leadership,strengthening exchange and cooperation between communities of curriculum leadership at various levels and establishing long-term effective mechanism of teacher curriculum leadership.
