With the advent of the upsurge of teacher education research and the improvement of the requirements of talent development for core literacy,what are the common qualities of “good teachers”? What qualities are the core qualities of teachers? These problems have become urgent to be solved in the new era,so it is time to study teachers` core literacy.The research on Teachers' core literacy helps to enrich teachers` education theory and research level,provide practical direction for teachers' professional development,and provide basis for teachers` education policy.At present,most of the academic researches on Teachers' core literacy are physical education,ideological and political education and chemistry teachers,and only a few of them study the core literacy of mathematics teachers,especially primary school mathematics teachers.However,the foundational nature and the value of mathematics in primary schools make researchers pay attention to the cultivation of primary school mathematics teachers' core literacy.Scholars' understanding of the connotation of primary school mathematics teachers' core literacy has not been unified.The core quality of primary and secondary school mathematics teachers in this study refers to the mathematics character and professional quality that primary school mathematics teachers show in the process of education and teaching,which has the characteristics of mathematics discipline and primary school stage,and plays a role in leading primary school mathematics teachers' professional development and lifelong learning.Through the combination of "top-down" theoretical exploration and "bottom-up" practical investigation,this paper uses the mixed research methods of literature,interview and mathematical statistics to construct the elements of primary school mathematics teachers' core literacy.The construction of the core literacy elements of primary school mathematics teachers can be divided into four steps: the first step is theoretical investigation: 65 texts are coded in an open manner,with a total of 497 codes,and 86 node contents are consolidated and sorted out by software;The second step: Interview 10 experienced teachers,analyze the interview data with nvivo12 software,and generate 89 nodes in total;The third step is to analyze and refine the two results;The fourth step is to make a questionnaire,improve the elements with the help of experts,and use the questionnaire to verify again for teachers with more than 26 years of teaching experience.Using SPSS analysis data,the core literacy of primary school mathematics teachers is finally constructed.Make it clear that the core literacy of primary school mathematics teachers is constructed from four first-class dimensions and 17 secondclass dimensions,and then explain the connotation of literacy.On the basis of the construction,according to the interview,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of primary school mathematics teachers' core literacy,that is,to strengthen the toplevel design and establish a new concept of teacher training in the new era;Establish a perfect teacher evaluation mechanism to guide teachers to carry out self-development planning;Grasp the essence of mathematics teachers' quality and highlight the cultivation of mathematics subject quality;Look for new methods of teacher training and establish a community of teacher training.Promote the formation and development of primary school mathematics teachers' literacy.
