In 2014,the Ministry of Education promulgated the " Opinions on Deepening Curriculum Reform in an All-round Way and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Cultivating Morality and Cultivating People",which clearly points out that the core literacy system for students of all levels should be gradually formulated in accordance with the growth laws of students and the needs of society,so as to develop students with the necessary character and key abilities to meet the needs of life-long development and social development.Textbooks,as an important carrier of educational content,carry the specific educational goals and realization intentions of core literacy.However,whether the existing textbooks meet the target requirements of the development of students' core literacy,how the existing textbooks implement the index system of core literacy,and the current status of implementation,are worthy of our in-depth study.This article mainly through the analysis of the People's Education Edition and the Hebei Education Edition two elementary school mathematics teaching materials,collates and studies the existing data,carries on the quantitative analysis to the core accomplishment which manifests in the two editions teaching materials.This paper is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction,which mainly discusses the research issues,research significance,domestic and foreign related research review,research ideas and methods,and the innovation of this research.The second part defines the core concept.The third part is the analysis of the present situation of the curriculum content setting in the People's Education Edition textbooks and Hebei Education Edition textbooks.The fourth part is the analysis of the implementation of the introduction map of the core accomplishment of mathematics in the People's Education Edition and Hebei Education Edition mathematics textbooks.The fifth part is through the quantitative analysis of the mathematical core literacy of the third and fourth parts in the People's Education Edition and the Hebei Education Edition,to obtain the respective characteristics and existing problems ofthe People's Education Edition and the Hebei Education Edition textbooks.The sixth part is a summary of the two textbooks and suggestions for improvement.Through the analysis of the two versions of teaching materials,the teaching materials of People's Education Edition and Hebei Education Edition are slightly different in curriculum setting,but both pay more attention to the cultivation of basic mathematical operation ability.The two editions of textbooks also have great differences in the display of the import map,but both pay more attention to the combination with students' actual life.In the research,we found some characteristics and problems of Hebei Education Edition textbooks,such as the imbalance of the core literacy of teaching materials;The difficulty of textbook examples and exercises varies greatly.Based on this,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the math textbooks published by People's Education Press and Hebei Education Press,and tries to present the current situation of the existing textbooks' reflection on the development system of Chinese students' core literacy,so as to provide reference for the educational practice of primary school math educators and some suggestions and ideas for the compilation and revision of primary school math textbooks in the future.
