Suicide caused by borderline personality disorder is recognized as one of the most difficult types of intervention in the field of psychology. If effective intervention can be carried out as soon as possible from the discovery of suicidal ideation,it will play an important role in reducing the probability of suicide.Borderline personality disorder has an obvious feature, that is,unstable interpersonal relationships.Attachment theory believes that the important influencing factor of this feature is unsafe attachment. At the same time,it requires a lot of time and energy to intervene in such people.Under the guidance of attachment theory, this study tried to intervene the suicidal ideation and self injury behavior of college students with borderline personality disorder by using the mode of cooperation between psychological counselors and social workers. This study first grasps the basic situation of Xiao a and the center through interviews, scales and consulting some data of the center.According to the existing data,it is found that Xiao a's suicidal ideation comes from the anxiety caused by the troubles of appetite, sleep, fear and threat,parent-child relationship, interpersonal relationship and selfidentity. At the same time,it is found that it is feasible to use attachment theory to guide the intervention of Xiao a.Then the model of psychological intervention provided by psychological counselors and social support provided by social workers is adopted to promote their return to basic normal life and learning by intervening in their appetite, sleep, fear and threat, parentchild relationship, interpersonal relationship and self-identity.This study believes that attachment theory has important guidance for such practice. It mainly uses attachment theory to guide case analysis and intervention, focusing on guiding case evaluation, establishing a stable professional relationship, and analyzing resistance in the process of intervention. When social workers are involved in such cases, they must establish professional relations and crisis assessment throughout the whole process. At the same time, they are indispensable to their parents.Remember not to plan to "finish their work in one battle".The study also found that it is explorable for social workers and counselors to work together to intervene in borderline personality disorder.Of course, this study also has the defects that the service process is "broken" due to the prevention and control of COVID-19,and the problem of the case owner cannot be completely solved. The research only presents the completed part, and will continue to follow up and improve the questions raised above.
