| With the development of society,conditions in all aspects of school education have been improved,and also the quality of students has been improved greatly.However,the existence of students with learning difficulties remains a significant issue in school education,and addressing this problem has always been an important concern for various sectors of society,especially in the field of education.For students with learning difficulties in the upper grades of elementary school,the causes of learning difficulties and other influencing factors are becoming increasingly complex as they enter adolescence.Furthermore,the problems faced by these students may also differ in different regions,because of the difference between urban and rural areas,the problem of students with learning difficulties in rural areas is even worse.Its transformation strategy for rural students with learning difficulties is still a proposition that we need to explore constantly depend on the implementation of the new education policy.The primary school stage is the foundation of compulsory education and also the key period for students to develop good learning and behavior habits.The problem of students with learning difficulties is common in primary education and they are also the focus group of head teachers.Therefore,it is meaningful to study head teacher’s transformation of students with learning difficulties in primary school.As the education worker who has the most contact with students and directly shoulders the responsibility of education in school activities,the head teacher plays an important role in addressing the transformation of students with learning difficulties.Cause the elementary school students often have an unconditional dependence and sense of trust in their head teachers,the head teacher’s role in transforming these students is particularly prominent during this stage.The study is based on this consideration,with the aim of exploring and analyzing the causes of students with learning difficulties in elementary school,identifying the main problems behind them,and proposing strategies to optimize the head teacher’s transformation work for these kind students in elementary school.The ultimate goal is to provide theoretical and practical references for head teachers in elementary school and others who concerned with the transformation of students with learning difficulties.This study consists of an introduction and four chapters.The introduction explains the reasons and background of the study,including the research question,significance,literature review,theoretical basis,core concepts and research innovations.The first chapter describes the research design and process,including the selection of research subjects,research methods,research tools,data collection and analysis,etc.The second chapter describes the situation of the research object,mainly through interviews,collecting the data of the research object,presenting the growing experience,the current learning situation,and the evaluation of head teachers,so as to lay the foundation for transformation.The third chapter shows the head teachers’ targeted transformation measures and results for the three students with learning difficulties by narrative method.The fourth chapter is the specific transformation strategy for the students with learning difficulties in senior primary school.Mainly based on the conclusion of the previous chapter,it provides specific transformation suggestions for the students with learning difficulties,helps the students get rid of the learning difficulties,and then promotes their integrated development. |
