Investigation And Research On Mobile Phone Management Of Middle School Student

With the development of network communication technology and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,mobile phones no longer only have traditional communication functions,but also have more diversified entertainment and information functions.They have increasingly become a tool for teenagers to understand the world,relax,get convenience and express themself.On January 15,2021,the general office of the Ministry of Education issued the notice of education on strengthening the mobile phone management of primary and secondary school students,which provided requirements and guidance for the mobile phone management of primary and secondary school students.In this study,questionnaires and interviews were taken to explore the current situation of mobile phone management of students from S middle school in Zhangjiakou.A total of 242 questionnaires were collected and 6 teachers were interviewed randomly.The results of questionnaire and interview show that the overall score of school teachers for students' mobile phone management is high,and teachers hold a positive attitude towards the school's mobile phone management.From the perspective of institutional rules,there are significant differences in the scores of teachers in the school in terms of age,educational background and whether they are head teachers or not.From the perspective of management measures,teachers are exploring more humanized management methods,hoping to protect teachers' rights and interests while ensuring students' mental health.From the perspective of educational guidance,there are significant differences in the scores of teachers in the school in terms of educational background,teaching stage and whether they are head teachers or not.Mobile phone management is inseparable from school system construction,scientific implementation and educational guidance.Therefore,based on the survey results,this study puts forward the following promotion strategies:(1)Formulate rules with humanism.(2)Take open and transparent measures.(3)Make flexible management and punish carefully.(4)Provide hardware equipment to support services.(6)Improve media quality.(7)Form a management joint force between home and school.
