The concept of mathematical literacy was first proposed by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Abroad(OECD),which curated a project,PISA,which defines mathematical literacy as an ability that is not only the ability to master mathematical knowledge,but also the ability to solve problems in life.At the end of 2017,China also issued the "Standards for Ordinary High School Mathematics Curriculum(2017 Edition)",which established six core qualities of mathematics,reflecting the values,character and ability that students should have in mathematics learning.As one of the core literacies,mathematical operations not only affect the development of other core literacies,but also an important factor affecting the learning of other disciplines.Mathematical computing ability is the basis for the formation of mathematical knowledge and is an important factor in evaluating students' core mathematical literacy.Vectors are new computing objects that students are exposed to in high school,and are the bridge between "numbers" and "shapes",and the introduction of plane vectors into high school mathematics textbooks has important value for the improvement of mathematical and mathematical computing ability.Therefore,the combination of plane vectors and high school mathematical ability is studied to understand the current situation of high school students' mathematical operation level on plane vectors,which has positive significance for improving students' mathematical computing ability.This study focuses on two research questions: What is the current status of mathematical computing power in high school students? Do students of different classes and genders show significant differences in mathematical operations?First of all,through the analysis of the existing relevant literature and the study of the subject matter,combined with the characteristics of the plane vector,the mathematical operation level is divided,and then the student test paper is prepared in combination with the knowledge points of the plane vector to understand the mathematical operation level of the plane vector of high school students,and in order to understand the teacher's understanding of the value of cultivating mathematical operation literacy in the plane vec tor and the current situation of teaching,the teacher interview outline is prepared.Establish strict grading standards for each question in the test paper,and judge the student's mathematical level according to the rules of score and level.At the same time as quantitative analysis,combined with qualitative analysis,the students' volumes are sorted and classified,the typical errors that occur are summarized,and the reasons are analyzed.The test found that the overall mathematical operation level of students is not high;the mathematical computing ability of students in the better level classes will be higher;the mathematical operation level of boys in the experimental class is higher than that of girls,while there is no obvious difference in the mathematical operation level of boys and girls in key classes.The student paper collation found that students mainly have these types of errors in using vector operations to solve problems: lack of understanding of concepts;poor mastery of laws;inability to choose appropriate calculation methods;operation and thinking habits need to be improved;and it is difficult to convert mathematical problems into vector operation problems in the context of comprehensive problems.In addition,the results of the inte rviews with teachers have been summarized to these conclusions: the level of mathematical and mathematical operations is not high;students have outstanding problems in operation;some teachers do not have a good understanding of the requirements of computational literacy on vectors;the content of plane vectors has the value of cultivating students' mathematical computing ability;and the teaching methods of some teachers urgently need to be improved.Combined with the collation of existing literature and the investigation of the current situation,this study also puts forward several teaching considerations: optimization introduction,attaching importance to the teaching of vector concepts;combining numbers and shapes,flexibly adopting a variety of teaching methods;attaching importance to operations,deeply understanding the essence of vector operations;improving awareness and experiencing the value of vector operations to solve problems.
