The country attaches great importance to the construction of the teaching staff.The research on the role of teachers has always been highly concerned by scholars and experts.Research on the role of teachers is the driving force for teachers' own growth."Synthesis and practice" is an important field in primary school mathematics,and its teaching quality is closely related to the role of teachers.The level of teachers' own quality determines whether the value of "synthesis and practice" can be brought into full play.Therefore,this study selects the questionnaire survey method,classroom observation method and interview method as research methods to research and analyze the current situation of teachers' roles in the "synthesis and practice" teaching of primary school mathematics.In this way,the role of mathematics teachers in "synthesis and practice" can be optimized,and the teaching quality in the field of "synthesis and practice" can be improved.By sorting out the relevant literature and the content of the "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition)",five mathematics teachers' roles in "integration and practice" teaching have been identified,namely resource provider,knowledge imparter,and learning guide,activity participants and classroom evaluators,and make specific dimensions for the five roles.This research selects 145 mathematics teachers in five primary schools in Tianjin as the subjects of the questionnaire survey,and selects 8 mathematics teachers for classroom observation,and conducts interviews with 12 mathematics teachers.The interview objects include 8 subjects who were observed in the classroom.Questionnaire survey method,classroom observation method and interview method are all carried out from the dimensions of five roles,and the current situation of primary school mathematics teachers' role in "synthesis and practice" is analyzed according to the specific dimensions of each role.The results of the study found that front-line mathematics teachers generally recognized the value of synthesis and practice,but there were certain problems in the five role-playing.(1)Teachers as "resource managers" rely too much on teaching materials in the selection of teaching topics and teaching content design(2)Teachers as "knowledge imparters" ignore the penetration of students' mathematical ideas(3)Teachers as "learning guides" ignore the main body of students(4)Insufficient participation of teachers as "activity participants"(5)Teachers as "classroom evaluators" evaluation language and evaluation methods are relatively simple.Finally,according to the shortcomings of the five teachers' roles in "Synthesis and Practice",corresponding suggestions are put forward.
