"teachers'professional development"is such a topic which makes both of the contributions of management and management research concern with. Growth not only means the result of teachers'development, but also means the state of teachers'professional development."teachers'professional growth"is a very important proposition, no matter for the requirement of career, or social expectation. This essay focuses on the single case of the teachers'professional growth, find out the characters of the teacher's growth and influence factors.The subjects investigated in this essay are the teaching lives of an excellent primary school teacher in Chengdu. The growth of her profession is reflected through her teaching in class, teaching journal, teaching research, and the visit to the schoolmaster, her colleagues, her students and herself, as well as the analysis of the materials collected. In addition, the analysis and discussion of the factor in her professional growth provide a large number of reflective materials and experiences for many primary school teachers.The study try to reveals the teacher's educational ideas and belief, through the teacher's meaningful teaching life, including teaching in class, teaching journal, teaching research and so on, then find out the essence and meanings for teachers'professional growth...
