Geography teaching in the 21 st century is both pluralistic and comprehensive."Regional connection" is regarded as one of the themes of optional compulsory 2in the Geography Curriculum Standard for Ordinary Senior High School(2017 Edition),and it is called the five regional concepts of middle school geography teaching together with regional location,regional characteristics,regional differences and regional development.The theme of "regional connection" continues the teaching presentation mode of Compulsory 3 of the old textbook,and the textbook structure is mainly case teaching,which covers rich curriculum resources,but at the same time,the fragmentation and disorder of the theme curriculum resources also appear.According to the survey,there are still some phenomena in senior high school teachers,such as insufficient understanding of the curriculum resources of "regional connection",weak awareness of the integration of geography curriculum resources,unclear ways of integration,etc.Therefore,guided by the theme idea,this study divides the regions within the theme into large-scale,medium-scale and small-scale regions and carries out the integration of geography curriculum resources.In the process of integrating the curriculum resources with the theme of "regional connection" at different scales,the professional level of geography teachers has been improved,and students have formed the character accomplishment of paying attention to places and regions,and the comprehensive thinking ability of seeing problems from the perspective of "connection".This paper is divided into five parts,and the specific research is as follows:First of all,it introduces the research background and significance of this paper,analyzes the current situation of related research at home and abroad by consulting literature,and grasps the times of the integration of geography curriculum resources in senior high schools and the representativeness of selecting the theme of "regional connection" to carry out the integration of curriculum resources.Secondly,on the basis of related theories and literature research,this paper discusses the core concepts and characteristics of curriculum resources integration teaching with the theme of "regional connection",and takes "system theory" and "structuralism teaching theory" as the theoretical basis of this research.At the same time,through a questionnaire survey,senior high school front-line geography teachers' understanding of the integration of geography curriculum resources,the teaching methods of the theme of "regional connection",as well as the problems encountered in the process of integrating curriculum resources based on the theme and the areas for improvement.Thirdly,aiming at the current problems,this paper puts forward the feasibility of curriculum resources integration based on different scale regions,and designs the integration principles and strategies of curriculum resources with the theme of "regional connection";Select the teaching content of "the belt and road initiative" section in large-scale regional connection,integrate curriculum resources based on theme ideas,and design teaching cases.Finally,summarizing the basic viewpoints and research conclusions of this paper,it is pointed out that although the survey results of the questionnaire are as objective and comprehensive as possible,due to the lack of relevant teaching practice,the problems reflected may still have some deviations.In the future research,the number of survey samples will be gradually expanded and specific teaching cases will be put into practice in middle school teaching.It is believed that the integrated teaching of regional geography curriculum resources will form a systematic theory and become an important way for effective teaching of middle school geography.
