In this paper,methods a questionnaire survey of the resilience was carried out in high school students,on the basis of those,and according to the resilience theory and adolescent psychological development stage theory and the group counseling combined design a set in the group counseling program,then the resilience low level of high school students group counseling to improve high school students' resilience.Finally,the effectiveness of group counseling was evaluated,in order to explore the effectiveness and feasibility of the use of group counseling.How to do: Using the scale of the Adolescent Resilience Scale of the Hu Yueqin and Gan Yiqun as the tool of filter and evaluation before and after the group counseling intervention.Through the recruitment of the psychological associations and the propaganda of the head teacher,from the questionnaire survey of the resilience of the 27% low packet,the high school students,who were applied to take part in this research voluntarily,were tested by the individual interview.On the basis of their results and the ratio 1:1 of the gender and the grade,28 students with the level of lower resilience were selected as subject of group counseling.Those 28 students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Students in the experimental group were received 8 weeks' group counseling,90 minutes per week,while the control group did not do anything.After 8 weeks of group counseling,and then the experimental group and control group of students received posttests separately the test.One months later,the experimental group of students recevied another follow-up test.In the end,the data of each stage are compared and analyzed.In effect evaluation,but also through quantitative evaluation,this study also conducted quality evaluation through the of the attainment experience teammembers after every group counseling and the observation of term members and leader.Conclusions of this study :1.The resilience of the high school students is in the middle-income up in general.From high to the end: positive cognition,family support,focused on the goal,control emotion and social assistance.In the two order factor,the score of individual power is higher than that of the support.2.There were significant differences in the resilience between male and female students.In emotional control,human factor resilience of boys more than girls,in the family support,social assistance,and support factor the overall of resilience,the girl's was higher than boys'.3.Different grades of high school students in resilience total score,emotional control,positive cognition,interpersonal assistance,personal capacity are significantly different.And the score of the second grade is significantly higher than the grade one and the grade three.4.There is no significant difference between single child and non-single child in the resilience.5.High school students in different places,in addition to significant differences in the emotional control and personal power,there is no significant difference in other dimensions.6.The intervention of group counseling can ameliorate of the resilience of the high school students,and last for sometime.7.The group counseling intervention plan designed by this research is feasible and effective.
