Research On The Cultivation Path Of College Students' Labor Spirit In The New Era

The spirit of labor embodies the connotation of the spirit of the times and the national spirit.The new era is an era of constant struggle.To realize socialist modernization,we must strengthen labor education and cultivate labor spirit.General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned in many speeches that it is necessary to promote the spirit of labor among students.CCTV also broadcast wonderful documentaries that reflect the spirit of labor,such as "Love Letter from the Earth",which reflects the importance that the party and the country attach to the spirit of labor.College students are the main force of future social development.We are in a critical period of ideological formation and the development of the Three Views,and we must guide them correctly.Strengthening the cultivation of college students' labor spirit can not only realize the self-worth of college students,but also help colleges and universities complete the task of building morality and cultivating people,and can also reserve energy for socialist modernization.In the new journey of building a socialist modernized country in an all-round way,the participation of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workers is more necessary,which puts forward higher requirements for college students who are about to take over the baton of history.However,affected by many factors There are still some urgent problems to be solved in the cultivation of college students' labor spirit.These problems not only affect the comprehensive development of college students themselves,but also affect the social progress and even the rejuvenation process of the entire Chinese nation.Therefore,we need to propose a feasible path for the cultivation of college students' labor spirit from all-round and multi-angle,which is also the core content of this thesis.This thesis uses questionnaire survey,system analysis and other research methods to explore the content of this thesis.The full thesis is divided into five parts.The first part summarizes and analyzes the current academic research status,and systematically sorts out the research results and ideas of experts and scholars on the cultivation of college students' labor spirit in recent years.The second part mainly expounds the concept of labor and the spirit of labor.On this basis,the main content of labor spirit in the new era and the value connotation of college students' labor spirit cultivation are expounded.The third part mainly expounds the theoretical basis and practical basis of the research of the thesis,and analyzes and summarizes it from two aspects of theory and practice.The fourth part sorts out the data collected by the questionnaire,systematically analyzes the current situation of college students' labor spirit cultivation in the new period and the problems to be solved urgently,and digs deep into the five aspects of society,school,family,network platform and college students themselves.The fifth part,according to the reasons analyzed,starts from five aspects: social coordination,school leadership,family guidance,network platform participation,and the main body of college students,to find a targeted solution path and provide a path for training.Research on the labor spirit of college students in the new era.I hope that through my own ideas,I can provide some useful references for related research.
