After eight basic education curriculum reforms,teachers' curriculum status has been highlighted.In teaching practice,more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of teachers' curriculum awareness,in order to improve teachers' teaching activities and promote teachers' professional development.As a basic course in the stage of compulsory education,primary school Chinese curriculum is committed to cultivating students' interest in Chinese learning and mastering Chinese comprehensive ability.For Chinese teachers,understanding and mastering the value function of Chinese curriculum is the key to give full play to its curriculum value.Therefore,having a new curriculum concept and corresponding curriculum consciousness is one of the characteristics of Chinese teachers' teaching activities in the new era.The curriculum consciousness of primary school Chinese teachers appears in the teaching line of sight.The curriculum consciousness of primary school Chinese teachers is the overall awareness of the curriculum and the cognitive process of "reflection + practice" of the curriculum.From the perspective of practical activities,at this stage,the curriculum consciousness of primary school Chinese teachers has been slowly displayed,but the overall situation is not optimistic.The thinking on curriculum problems only stays on the surface,and it is difficult to grasp what the curriculum consciousness of Chinese is,what the main content is,what the value is and how to cultivate their own curriculum consciousness.It can be said that the curriculum consciousness of primary school Chinese teachers is in a state of confusion.The importance of curriculum consciousness once again determines that Chinese teachers should have corresponding curriculum consciousness to guide teaching practice.In view of the problem,this paper takes primary school Chinese teachers as the research object,explores the current generation theory of primary school Chinese teachers' curriculum consciousness,and is committed to providing help for cultivating Chinese teachers' curriculum consciousness.Based on cognitive development theory and endogenous development theory,the research adopts speculative methods to construct the theory of the generation of primary school Chinese teachers' curriculum consciousness from the connotation of teachers' curriculum consciousness.The curriculum consciousness generated by primary school Chinese teachers continues to form a stable state of curriculum consciousness through three stages of awakening,development and promotion: the three dimensions of curriculum original value consciousness,curriculum power consciousness and curriculum research consciousness Subject consciousness,management consciousness,development consciousness,reflection consciousness,evaluation consciousness and design consciousness constitute the curriculum consciousness system of Chinese teachers,so as to help Chinese teachers reconstruct curriculum knowledge,create classroom cultural atmosphere,change teachers' teaching behavior and promote teachers' professional growth.In order to master the basic situation of the generation of curriculum awareness by primary school Chinese teachers,this paper studies the Chinese teachers of Z primary school by using research methods such as interview,classroom observation and physical collection,and analyzes the factors affecting the generation of curriculum awareness by primary school Chinese teachers,including teachers,schools,teacher peer groups,students and society.Among them,teachers are the internal driving force affecting the generation of curriculum awareness by Chinese teachers,Other non teacher object factors are the exogenous driving force that affects Chinese teachers' generation of curriculum consciousness and promote Chinese teachers' generation of curriculum consciousness.Therefore,according to the factors affecting the generation of curriculum consciousness of primary school Chinese teachers and the problems existing in the generation of curriculum consciousness,this paper constructs the path to promote the generation of curriculum consciousness of primary school Chinese teachers from three aspects:first,reshape the basis of the generation of curriculum consciousness of primary school Chinese teachers;The second is to ensure the conditions for the generation of primary school Chinese teachers' curriculum consciousness;The third is to stimulate the power of the generation of primary school Chinese teachers' curriculum consciousness,which aims to help primary school Chinese teachers generate curriculum consciousness,so as to promote the development of primary school Chinese teachers.
