Generating curriculum awareness is an important content of specialization development for secondary vocational school teachers. Secondary vocational school teachers'curriculum awareness refers to teachers'understanding of secondary vocational curriculum system, reflecting secondary vocational curriculum development,curriculum implement, curriculum assessment, curriculum management and pursuing the perfect condition of curriculum system. Secondary vocational school teachers should generate and strengthen the curriculum object and the quality awareness, multi-subject awareness, curriculum resource awareness, curriculum practice awareness, and the developmentally curriculum assessing awareness urgently.Investigation manifests that secondary vocational school teachers'curriculum awareness currently is in an awakening status out of its stage. For instance, secondary vocational teachers have blur knowledge of secondary vocational curriculum reform and a narrow horizon of curriculum resources, undefining their subjective right and the value of curriculum assessment, and curriculum practice is separated with curriculum theory. Tracing to its source by variance test and factor analysis of Statistical Program for Social Sciences, we find that sex, working age and job training have much influence on secondary vocational school teachers'curriculum awareness, while school type restrict teachers'practice awareness.Generating and strengthening the curriculum awareness need teachers'efforts, schools support and parents as well as society's trust. From the stage of teachers' specialization development, teacher education phrase is the optimal period to generate curriculum awareness. For post-employment teachers, they can internalize and form their own curriculum awareness by perceiving others curriculum awareness, strengtening theory study, seting right curriculum view, strengthen their curriculum awareness by value reflecting, and promote curriculum awareness by further training and education. In addition, strengthening secondary vocational school teachers'curriculum awareness also need schools'hardware and software support in atmosphere, system and policy, as well as parents and the public encourage and trust.
